V. Devlog:
Thanks to the help from our Discord members, we've been able to solve some big problems from v0.57. With the shared workload from our new programmer we've been able to work on more issues at the same time, and finally get back to the usual release time.

II. New Feature - Color Mixer:
You can freely customize the look of any individual part of a character! Including their skin, hair, and outfits.
While holding Alt:
Drag LMB on a part to change its color.
Drag RMB to change its material properties (metallic, smoothness/wetness).
Click RMB to change presets or reset to base.
Click LMB to copy the last change to the current part.
All color mixes are now SAVED in the pose file. To load a character's color setup, make sure to enable the “Replace ENTIRE scene” option when loading (loading just the pose will not load the mixes).
III. New Feature - Light Mixer (plus Sun & Skybox):
Similar to Color Mixer, you can freely change any light's intensity and color.
While holding Alt:
Drag LMB on a light to adjust its color (Hue & Saturation).
Drag RMB up/down to adjust its brightness.
Click RMB to reset it to default (RMB no longer changes the hue).
Sunlight and skybox are also adjustable while holding Alt on the sky.
Drag LMB to rotate the skybox and adjust its brightness.
Drag RMB to rotate the sun light and adjust its brightness.
All light mixes are also saved in the pose file. To load a scene’s lighting setup, make sure to enable the “Replace ENTIRE scene” option when loading (loading just the pose will not load the light mixes).
Notes:
The lighting transition during adjustment is currently not smooth.
The default lighting of maps is intentionally kept neutral.
IV. New Feature - Body Canvas (Experimental - Pro version):
Make your own piece of body art with markers, dynamic paint, and water!
While holding Ctrl:
Drag LMB on characters to draw.
Drag RMB to erase.
Scroll up/down to change the brush preset.
Markers dry instantly, while paints and water will flow down surfaces.
This feature is experimental and not saved in the pose file. We do want it to be saved and will be looking for solutions.

Much better CPU performance, typical systems should be able to handle 4+ characters without being CPU limited (the more cores, the better).
Many enhancements for the skin, including skin pores and better blending.
More posing capabilities, hands can now grab arms (though not both hands on both arms at the same time).

VI. Known Issues:
True Facials v0.57 may still experience issues on certain AMD graphics cards. It seems to be a common problem that happens with other Unity games as well without clear solutions. We will be following up with affected users to fix it.
While the CPU bottleneck is more or less resolved, the GPU requirements are a bit higher.
Some body parts and outfits cannot be painted on. In some cases, painted textures may appear pixelated.
VII. Future Development:
There are a lot of lighting-related features that we've always wanted to add in this update. For a long time, we've been faking it with many techniques, basically nothing is remotely accurate but tweaked heavily to look "good". However, things starts to look the same even in different lighting conditions.
We're now doing the opposite, using actual state of the art techniques for direct and indirect lighting. It is more physically accurate (unlimited shadow), which doesn't always mean better looking, but with material and lighting control the possibilities are endless.
Importantly, only improvements are needed going forward rather than workarounds or overhauls. The same applies to the multithreaded animation system, which essentially gives us free performance forever.
I know that the time we took for this can look unreasonable (even lazy) for these features. But in reality, rendering and multithreaded programming are THE hardest things in game development. As such, more than half the time I spent was on failing. In hindsight, it was unwise to try to do them back to back.
Luckily, we're now on the other side. And as we have another programmer on board now so we will be able to cover more ground. I will focus on the heavy system tasks and he will come in more from the user experience side (QoL). We will be looking closely at the suggestions you've been making to see what we should aim for.
Overall, TF's development will be more balanced as it should. Thanks everyone for putting up with me so far.

The rendering system has been completely overhauled, allowing for much more physically accurate lighting than before.
As such, you can add your own skybox, which will alter the lighting of your scene! Simply put them as PNG into "TrueFacials\Mods\Skyboxes" and click RMB on the sky to cycle!

II. Major Features + Devlog:
We now utilize Dual Quaternion skinning with scaling + unlimited bones for characters, which offer much better overall deformation quality.
Mesh normals (used to calculate lighting) is now calculated per frame which offer correct lighting in any pose and proportion.
Clothing parts now deform the body together much more pleasantly.
Some of these are offline rendering techniques that are almost never used in games. Instead, developers use various hacks and workarounds to mask the errors. However, in order to push True Facials further, we needed to do this properly.
As such, many systems had to be written from scratch to keep all of our existing features like clothing, customization, fluid, physics, animation... working, while maintaining performance (they're offline techniques for a reason). It was quite a challenge, but also a chance for me to learn, improve the existing code, and think about how future features would fit.
Unfortunately, I didn't expect this much of an overhaul when we started, which heavily affected our release schedule. To improve on this, major features will now stay on another branch until they're ready. We can continue to release new content and smaller improvements in the meantime.
II. Other features & Improvements:
[POSE] Wrists are now posable by dragging the forearm (different modes for LMB and RMB, hold Alt for tooltips).
[POSE] Improved feet posing when placed on surfaces and fixed the twitching problem on some characters.
[POSE] Improved elbow and knee pose with better control and range.
[SCRIPTING] You can now play .mp3 sounds from the "Sounds" folder of your script with PlaySound or PlaySoundAt (example in Tutorial).

While all features should be working, they are not fully dialed in. There are some designs like UI and controls in particular that are bound to change to improve the experience. Your feedback is most appreciated.
On the first boot, the game will start in the Tutorial chapter of the story. In subsequent boots, you will start in Free Mode.
Version 0.5 comes with many new features and redesigns. I'm very excited for you to experience them, as there are some that has never been done before, in any game!
Free-Posing
Facial expressions are fully posable, including jaw, lips, eyelids, brows and more.
Character's eyes are posable to look at any part of another character. Or you can right click to focus on the viewer.
Fingers are also posable with a simple drag to create many gestures.
You can hold Alt to highlight posable body part, and hover over them for tooltips.
Hips rotation is posable, and very sexy.
You can now control hands and elbows much more naturally, and place them onto any surfaces.
Dynamic handjob by simply dragging a hand onto a penis, yes characters can also jerk themselves off.
Feet are fully posable with natural knee controls. Can be placed on any surface, with proper toe bending and even in high heels.
Reworked penis control to support multiple characters. Drag and hold a penis onto a surface and right click to ejaculate, or simply left click on it.
Some controls have a secondary mode by holding Ctrl, such as face controls.
Completely rewritten system, which should allow us to add any kind of interactions if we can understand how it work and how to control it.
Character Selection
No limit of how many characters you can have in your scene, as long as your PC can handle it.
Any character can be swapped with a new character in the library at any time and keeping any interactions.
Any character can wear any others' outfit in the library at any time. The effective number of combinations are ridiculous.
Any two charaters in the scene can swap places instantly.
Characters can be removed from the scene, if they're not interacting with anyone.
Saving Poses/Scenes
Scenes can be saved at any time, and can be loaded as a pose for current characters or fully.
By default, you only load the pose from a saved scene, enable “Load Entire Scene” mode to load the entire scene instead.
The save consists of a text file and a screenshot in the "Captures" folder. You can share these very easily, and use them with the Story system below.
Story system
True Facials now always run with a story script, including Free Mode.
Each story has its own folder in the “/Mods/Scripts” folder.
Scenes can be saved directly into the "Poses" subfolder of the current story, and then loaded by the script.
The game auto-generate an empty sound file for each character’s lines into the "Voice" folder. You only need to replace it with the real voice file.
The voice file has the same as the line and can be sorted by Creation Date.
We also auto-generate a text file that contain the lines in the story, to be recorded or generated by AI.
Characters will lipsync any of their voiced lines automatically with any expressions.
The markup language is custom built to TF's needs while referencing other visual novel systems like Ren'py and Ink. That means Lua logic can be fully used along with our own syntax to direct what happens.
We support nested and branching dialogues and logic. Notably, reactions to events is one of the core features, and they are very easy to write.
For this test release, we don't yet have a comprehensive guide on it. Our own Story Mode’s script files are available for references, and we can provide support on Patreon and Discord if needed.
NOTE: This is a huge undertaking and not yet in a matured state. We expect the ease of use to improve over time as more work is put in.
Ok, I'll preface this by saying I'm very biased because of this fetish content. I love this game. It's a bit dated in some ways, but it delivers what it promises and oh boy does it deliver. There aren't many games like this floating around so for facial enjoyers, give it a go. You won't regret it
Probably the most frustrating game on this entire site, because on paper, it should be the greatest fap game of all time, but the execution just isn't there, and probably never will be. It's a game I find myself coming back to every few months because there really is nothing else like it, but in spite of frequent updates, all of the development focus appears to be pointed at adding models/locations and nothing related to the myriad of issues that have existed in the game for years. Models are effectively just costume/head swaps anyway, as they all have identical bodies and anatomy that looks oddly cartoonish. The controls and the physics seem to be actively working against the user. One wrong click and the scene you've spent all of that time setting up is ruined. The biggest selling point - the cum, still looks like foam after years of development, and shoots out in awkward jagged ropes that never look right, no matter what settings you tweak. Hard to recommend because the novelty wears off quickly, but also hard not to recommend because, again, there's nothing else like it, and if you have a high tolerance for jank, you can have some fun in the sandbox.
scene creator with unintuitive controls, weird physics, and lack of basic mechanics (why no black hole orifice? why must i see the penis clip outside of the ribcage?). you will meticulously line up a pose for 10 minutes just to press rmb on the wrong spot and ruin it all. dicks flop around so much it's practically impossible to get it actually do what you want (why not add an option to make it stiffer/softer? why not add an option to freeze parts in place in general?). i couldn't even get a character to masturbate naturally ffs, they all bend their wrist awkward and grab from the top of their dicks rather than actually gripping it from under like normal. and the cherry on top is loading saves just for it to spaz out and change the poses you finely calibrated but when it works after hours of smashing your head against a wall and you finally get that one scene you've always fantasized about but never have been able to find online, it's fucking awesome. is it worth the pain? not really. rather than adding tons of new characters and stages the dev should made the scene creation part more polished. i understand the desire to streamline the process, i'm not saying turn the game into source filmmaker, but just a little bit more fine control without everything spazing out would be great. the graphics are also pretty good so another star for that.
It's an animation viewer. A clumsy animation viewer with mediocre looking figures, some better than others. I got bored after five minutes, I would be pissed if I had paid money to access this. Adding some kind of story that lets you unlock things and make things feel earned would be a lot of work but it would at least make it interesting.
A very professional game with good updates. Tutorials for creating poses would be welcome, as well as titsjob poses. I think the game is perfect. More options for changing clothes should also be added. And there are still some bugs, like when I change a character's size or their placement in the environment, but otherwise it's great.
listen, the model and animation quality are great. but the character selection is limited. and the game itself is clunky, and awkward. one right click, deforms the entire scene. its a pain in the ass its just a glorified animation viewer with different characters. doesnt resemble much of a story
adding characters is cool, but am gonna be honnest, the biggest and coolest upgrade would be about jiggles physics improvement, if this game does that, it easly becoming the best 3d f95game of all time
i enjoy this alot, im writing this as of build v0.592 and i think its going in a really good direction. the dev team consistently updates the game and is very community friendly. my only downsides are that the physics can be clunky at times and it might take a few hours to fully understand the posing system, other than that i find it to be a really user friendly, moddable scene maker thats fairly optimized.
Before the review there something you should know there is a lot of reports of this being malware. From what I gathered from the comments, this is not the case. There was stuff included to help with system compatibility that AVs flagged it for. Regardless of intention, it is no longer included since recent updates. Plus F95 treats malware very seriously. Anyways, the art is nice but this is a pain to use. While the models are good, it's a huge pain in the ass to setup your own poses. It tries to do intuitive click and drag but it honestly doesn't do what I want most of the time. Would be better if there was a separate mode just for positioning. Even when you do get them positioned, you better pray the dick doesn't fall out or else you are going to have to basically redo it all as you try to finagle the floppy sausage back into the port hole. Even with all that effort, what you get is just fine. You get one pose with some movement. Good luck trying to organically shift them into something else. Doesn't help that most of the time the movement itself is awkward because the poses are too stiff to allow legs or thighs to move out of the way during thrusting. Another minor gripe I have is the models. Maybe its just nostalgia goggle but I remember the models looking better. They don't look bad, but I remember them looking slightly better. Maybe its the textures or lighting but it doesn't quite look the same. Or maybe the ones used by porn animators are just better. One major annoyance is how the game handles shifting between scenes. It's basically a toss up on who's doing who, especially when there are multiple characters. Should just make a dedicated spot for the person with the dick, especially since this doesn't allow gay stuff.
In theory, this is SEX VILLA 1-2 in 2026. The graphics are decent, and familiar characters from other games are here. If you wanted to see them nude, here you go. I didn't get it in HOME TOGETHER, for example. But here you can touch the dummies and pose them in any way you want. The developers' effort and the results are clear, and not like the donation-money-making machines in HOME TOGETHER and other similar projects. They're talking about a virus and data theft here. But my antivirus didn't detect anything. Even if it was stealing, I only have 18+ games on my PC, so I'm not worried.
Glaze: My top 1 rated h-game (41 current faps) (Top 2 spot are both NTR Idol and Summer in Heat which are pretty good 3D games) Intro: First off, it being an ACTUAL sandbox game where you don't have to grind for the gooning already puts it LEAGUES above all the other fuckass porn games (so like no need to leech off of others saves or any of that bullshit). Customization: Despite the fact that this game is obviously tailored mostly to straight men, the mere fact that you can customize the male character to this extent is chef's kiss (I only wish that the sliders could go slightly higher for the muscles but it's STILL top tier, no other man in any 3d gooner game could have a body that looks that good). Posing: The posing is a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can pose anything to your imagination. Sorry, but, total shade to the people who are struggling, they have a skill issue and need to put in more time to learning the posing. Dick Physics: The BEST part in my opinion, however, is the thrust interaction aspect. It is so nutty with the option to attach the dick to the nearest hole and it doesn't even stop there, because I did not know you could do anal and vaginal going into it. Cum Physics: It doesn't stop there, because the way the dev handled the cumming is just 1000%. The way the fluids are actually able to overflow from the holes is just such a nice touch. Let's it actually be visually felt/ Since this is still an early version of the game (v0.591 PRO as I'm writing this), it has marks down plenty of the features that I'm looking for. Suggestions: The only things I would hope get added in the future are: - Allowing the men to be penetrated (gay) - Cross-section / x-ray - Thrust interaction has additional button to pull out the dick and cumshot (I circumvented this by manually grabbing his hip so that he could do his cumshot animation, but obviously this is not ideal if you're too busy using one hand) - A bit more features on the posing, like: - Locking parts - Undo/Redo button - Setting to toggle the ` button (to show the interactable parts) instead of having to hold it - Designated menu that tells you all of the controls (I found out that pressing Q activates wall x-ray) - Hopefully not lock the freemode behind the story on release Suggestion for the thread poster : pls add more tags, i accidentally glossed over this because i had assumed this would be just a slop deepthroat only game. add sandbox or something pls SUPER IMPORTANT CONTROLS THAT I WISH I KNEW BEFORE (and hoping those who are reading will learn if they don't already know) Left Shift + LMB Drag on the torso to move nearby characters with the character Left Shift + RMB Drag on the torso to move nearby characters, but specifically up and down RMB Dragon on the shoulders of any character to rotate their whole body across the y-axis Left Shift + RMB Drag on the shoulders. Same concept applies as before, it rotates multiple nearby characters. Q to toggle scene hider (basically see through walls and objects if the characters are getting blocked behind walls) H to pause/resume the entire scene (this one isn't all that but might be useful in some cases)
One of the best sandbox games ever. Hard to adjust to controling the characters. but it's a very rewarding experience! I love the cumming mechanic etc. and the way you can adjust everything you want. Many characters and options are very good.
I have high hopes for this game. Although I think the developers have started to suffer from shit, because instead of developing the game and making it a full-fledged story editor, they are creating characters that were already... Um.. What about Karl? In short, I recommend it, but there are bells for there will be many years of development of this... not a masterpiece yet. I actually pay for this, and the dude's work is excellent. He originally created the concept years ago and took a long hiatus, but since he's been back, he's doing great work. Each patch, he's implementing new features most of the time. Each month (at least) we get a new model. If you're a patron, you get to vote on the next release's new model, which is fun. (though people have weird tastes most of the time, and the one you'd think people want, they don't pick for some reason. Eve from Stellar blade was on there more than once before she was chosen, for example)
best of its genere, it's like a 3d "super deeep throat" but more advanced, you can customize a lot of stuff, it can work as a basic posing game with character sliders, basic clothing options, color/light/material editing etc. but with mods and scripts can do some animations, custom sounds and lot more, has lots of characters in the latest versions and hopefully with time will get even more open to modding
A great sandbox of poses if you want to torture yourself with moving them in the right spot, but the presets are also really good. The characters look good, the body customization is really solid, but performance can be an issue if you're pc is on the potato side.
I dont know if it gets more updates but its such a good poser in my opinion. More people should know it, so it can grow and maybe we get it to be one of the best posing "games". Its on my list for best Futa games too. -3d -voice acting from the games where the characters come from -good animations and you can make endless new ones -solid visuals but skins could be much more detailed -best cum physics i have ever seen.
Incredible game , so many possibilities and you should def support the dev on patreon to keep this game going. lots of developments constantly happening and new characters are added all the time! I look forward to further updates but im having a great time with the current setup. its also modable

DO NOT RUN THIS GAME THROUGH TrueFacials.exe IT CONTAINS AN INFO STEALING MALWARE / VIRUS The genuine executable for the game is bin.exe , while the fake TrueFacials.exe is a malicious file intentionally renamed to appear legitimate and trick users into running it. In reality, it is an info-stealing malware that extracts and executes a batch script in your temporary folder with elevated permissions, patches your default browser with a fake updater (updater.exe), and steals sensitive personal data . This malware was first seen in the wild on 2021-08-27 13:21:44 UTC , and remains active in the distributed build. If you ran it and your antivirus did not block the payload, assume your information has been compromised. I personally tested the executable in an isolated virtual machine to verify the earlier analysis by user poopybutt77 and can confirm with 100% certainty that it is an info stealer . Do not try to reproduce this on a real host machine, only test in an isolated VM or sandbox. Run it on your main system and you'll get your shit rocked and your data looted. Key evidence I observed inside an isolated VM Two files observed: bin.exe (legitimate Unity executable) and TrueFacials.exe (malicious impersonator). Malicious behavior reproduced in a VM: extraction of a .bat into the temporary folder and execution via cmd.exe. The malware attempts to download / place updater.exe in a path that impersonates a browser updater (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Google...\updater.exe) and launch it. Registry modifications observed targeting persistence and service manipulation: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run (adds startup entry). HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services (modifies/creates service entries).
