Only Vortex00 could and would remake a minigame into a minigame. There's very little substance to this. If you like the art, play it. It shouldn't take you over 1 hour. There is little to no plot given that it's mostly a sidestory to the overall "Umichan Maiko" storyline - which will probably never be resolved and mostly who gives a fuck at this point since most of the games have turned into self-contained minigame/stories? Anyway, it's porn. I can't review this much more honestly than this dude. Check the previews and if you think the sex scenes are for you then hit it up. Otherwise, don't bother.
