Unreal Bellyful Life is a 3D sandbox game made with Unreal Engine by Fierylion. You play a female protagonist in an open town where characters can be stuffed with food, air, and water. The build includes town activities, roaming NPCs, a day/night cycle, and a time-stop feature.
The current release is v0.4, dated August 1, 2025, and development is ongoing as an early build. It runs on Windows and Linux in English, with no censorship. The latest listed v0.3 update added a streamlined actions system, pizza from a general store, save/load, weight gain, a stats screen, a new Ayume model, first-person camera, an experimental companion command for Amber, and a setting that increases Ayume’s growth potential. Earlier v0.2 added sixteen town characters, including three commuting visitors.

- Press 2 to make Amber follow you. You can ask her to do anything and she will! (This is experimental and is left in the game as a prototype)
- If you want the belly to go big, toggle Unreal Mode in settings to increase Ayume's potential for growth!

- added 16 new characters into the town! 3 of them are visitors (they don't live in the town but only commute there daily). Each NPC has their daily schedules, they sleep, goto work, and hang out at shops.
- Time stop: **You can stop time and inflate anyone**! However Remy's model was corrupted so I can't update her for now, also the inflated bellies are super janky cus I'll rework them in the future
- added a beach next to the town, right in Ayume's backyard. If you walk a bit to the right you can see some beachgoers.
- Ayume got a better character model with more mature figure
- Exercises: Ayume can now work out in the gym and get buffed (right now the effect is only visual).
- NPC status menu: equivalent to the status menu in 2D bellyful life
- New Dialogue system: You can now talk to NPCs, each NPC has two dialogue options, one is to introduce themselves, and the other option is to ask them what they are doing throughout the day
- NPC ramblings: NPCs will ramble random things based on their activity throughout the day
