You have a way with people. Can't really explain it, they just... listen. Follow. Want to please you. And the further things go, the harder it is for them to stop. Unveiled Desire is an adult interactive fiction game where you build your life in a city full of people who don't know what's coming. You meet them, you talk to them, you spend time with them. And little by little, things change. More than 1,000 visuals, several hours of content, a handful of mini-games, and several different characters to meet, each with their own story... and their own way of falling. Give it a shot. You'll see. Warning: The anti-cheat no longer exists and I'm currently doing a complete overhaul of the game, I'm changing the entire grind aspect to have only a point system that resets each sleep, which you can then use on the different NPCs either for fun, or to continue the story. Spoiler The new version that completely changes the current way the game works is currently available early for paying members and will be released here in a few weeks.

[Based on v0.B260328] Holy cow where do I start with this one? I guess with how this is not a HTML game as it's actually a .exe game? I guess the next thing is how due to that the UI is horrible on my 1440p monitor since it doesn't scale....resulting in TINY unread-able text which is made even more unread-able when it's on a image background with lots of white. The game has an options menu it's just audio and then 3 other options. This also means that videos and images are like 480p at most on my screen so I got a lotta space filled with nothingness, especially on the sides....feels like the aspect ratio is 4:3 as a result in most cases. Keeping with the UI there is so much wrong/missing with it that it needs it's own tutorial in way so you know what the purpose of everything is.....along with an easier way to navigate them. (it's several clicks to get from place to place to do something that you rinse and repeat) Like I didn't know achievements completed gave rewards, although the rewards being at most 1k cash is useless considering the effort they require. (level 5 corruption) There is a very very basic tutorial at the start of the game but that's just to explain the UI you first get hit with, there's also tutorials for each mini-game but nowhere to re-check this information. So anything outside of those things you have to guesswork what they mean. It took me till day 12 to realize that I could only interact with people when I confirmed their names which I thought was me just trying to change their names and not interact with them as an event happened without me interacting with them. Moving on now to the first four things you find to do in the game: meditation, arena janitorial job, pit fight club and MIND BATTLE. First of all the first two games have no difficulty settings at all so if you are bad at memory/reaction games, your going to have a hard time, especially as mediation starts with an fairly big grid (4x4) and tiny amount of time that you'll struggle to ever complete the grid before you hit 100 psychic power which then adds two more columns to the grid....without increasing the time. Arena is essentially wack-a-mole (3x3 grid) but despite me feeling like I'm clicking on the tiles I'm not according to the game at times and other times I am....because there's little feedback and it goes just that fast as the game lasts 10 seconds. I made two keys on my keyboard become mouse clicks and I barely did any better. Now with the pit's fightclub is finally something you can take your time with but.....it falls on it's face once you realize that the weakest person there is 17 fitness but they are just the joke opponent as next lowest is 21. They also all have 3 specific stats: HP, Attack, Dodge. You also do but for me at 19 fitness they were 100, 1.19, 0.34. The only person with weaker stats than myself was no one since while some had lower attack, none had lower dodge nor HP. I could not find any way in the gym or otherwise to train these stats up. I did start a new save to just check and it seems your fitness affects these stats since 0 fitness meant I had same HP, 1.00 attack and 0.25 dodge. Now despite the stat disadvantage, if you got 3 medits it seems very hard to lose once you figure out what to do....just repeat attack until 0 stamina then dodge or block until you have 5 stamina to rinse and repeat. I tried to do low blow into heavy attack and then a normal attack combo....but low bow only stunned them for that turn, not for the heavy attack turn. (faint does barely anything seemingly for me to have attacks hit) Now finally for mind battle.....before attempting it/finding how to do it I had around 200 psychic power and well without it works, it is simply click when the ring merges with the other ring reaction game. I know I got 5 ring hits and one miss...yet for some reason I got 1 corruption point on one go and another where I got maybe two hits and 3 misses I got 4 corruption points.....I am confused about what happened but even more so that 200 power on easy resistance meant at most 4 corruption points.... (0 affection btw though that only seems to get you more time rather than make the rings easier) Something I also suspect as a result of the mini-games is that there's no framerate limit on the game, resulting in these oddities with the reaction based games. Since when I set via my graphic's control panel the frame limit to be 30 and my monitor to 60hz from 280. I could finally see clearly that with the Mind Battle the rings all have different speeds and little things with them. (go zoom or zoom to the ring but stop just before it to trick you or go slowly and then zoom) If this is true then that explains all my problems with the mini-games but also makes me hate the mind battle even more since there's more than just 3 types of rings to watch out for of how they zoom. The dialog to me feels.....too much honestly as we're here for a H-game yet when we talk to our bestfriend in university we get an short chapter length of dialog before the conversation ends with a few gifs of clevage staring. That is the longest example but it makes sensem, what doesn't make sense if somehow your character walking into the mayor's office with knowledge you knew nothing about and the dialog just ends with the mayor saying they haven't admitted or denied anything. What? It is hard for me to stomach reading it again though due to the fact that the backgrounds are blurred images with white in them so with the text being white itself....it's hard to read for me in the moment. The H-content I saw basically 0 of except for the freebies of when you sleep, mediation and use the TV channels or first time talking to people. So I have no idea really what to really say other than it could be good, it could be bad....it just seems far away currently is all so much so I've lost all interest in the game. So yeah in conclusion while the screenshots of the game make this look good.....functionally feels horrible and grindy even for a H-game.....so I say stay away or forget about this for a year or two. PS I have no idea what gaming was meant to do other than reduce stress but there seems to be something big relating to it from how you can upgrade your PC heavily.

Honestly good UI and menu, but this is not a game... Gameplay feature are not relevant and overall this is empty. I had to grind for hour for nothing,.. Money is a huge pain in the ass to have, training is horrible, you have to be goku ultra instinc to make ur ways into the pit... Im not the first one to mention all of this but gosh that was an hard one to play, at this point it's a fight with me and my boredom

Playing 0.B260328 Amazing UI and GUI, engaging and well written story, held back by repetitive mini games, incremental increases, and low quality videos. My reflexes aren't what they used to be, so having almost every mini game be based off of click-timing and twitch like reaction times is a really pain. Made all the worse by the lack of accessibility options or options to slow down the mini games. That's probably my biggest gripe. The memory mini game went by so fast that I got two pairs at most, which meant that my hypno powers increased slowly. Furthermore, the climb from level 0 to level 1 for each girl is a grind. Level 1 to 2, and further is significantly easier because you can also increase affection, which balances things better. There is a lot of promise to this game, with a range of characters, interactions, and features. But currently? The effort needed to access those interactions and features is too much of a grind for me to want to continue after...seven hours of play.

When the new update came out, I gave it another chance. Dev acted sensibly and removed that anti-cheat nonsense, fixing the issue that was preventing the game from running. Everything seems to be working fine for now. There isn’t much content yet, so there’s no need to be too critical since it’s still new.

The dev has made good on community feedback and fixed a number of terrible early decisions. UI and general feel are quite polished, but the gameplay is heavily reliant on mini game that is A way to hard, B not fun and C even if was funs a simple would get tiring very very quickly.
