Man, this one’s a straight-up banger. From the jump it just hits different. Feels polished, confident, and like the people making it actually give a damn. Most early builds feel half-baked, but this already has that “yeah I’m sticking around for the long haul” energy. Honestly one of the strongest first impressions I’ve gotten from anything this year. Clean, consistent, and just straight-up enjoyable. Five stars, no notes. Looking forward to whatever comes next.

Not much here, so far for the first update. This is poorly written with every line being so cliche and generic. At least there's no padding with unneccessary dialog, it's straight to the point with no fluff. It looks like its supposed to be a corruption of a mother and school teacher, just like another famous game. The problem is, there's no setup for who she is in the first place to get that change. We see her making breakfast, then the next time she's teasing her students. There's no corruption, only a badly written MILF. The AI visuals... While some shots are nice, majority don't match up. With many looking blurry, having different color filters and even different facial features for the same person. Vanessa looks like a 35 year old American brunette in one image, the next she looks like a 23 year old Latina. Lighting also is horrendous, the breakfast scene having one shot bright, the next shot its evening time, the next its night time. The Dads image is hilarious - looking like a green screen scene lol. This is so lazy to not even check these things. There is no attention to detail! It looks to be made by a certain person who makes so many games and abandons them. The UI, menu and other elements, shows this is not their first game and they are experienced with Renpy. This is AI slop and if you don't care about consistency in renders, story or being immersed, then you'll be fine with this.

This is easily one of the most impressive AI-driven visual novels I’ve played so far. For the first time, AI art has truly caught my full attention in this genre. The level of detail and quality in the visuals is outstanding — far beyond what most other AI titles have managed to achieve. What stands out most is how the developers have successfully tackled the usual AI challenges in image generation. Character consistency is excellent, backgrounds are richly detailed, and the overall aesthetic feels cohesive and polished. Even compared to *Corrupting Joy*, which itself uses clever semantic techniques to work around typical AI limitations, *Vanessa Whitmore* sits on another level. The imagery here feels significantly more refined, with better structural integrity in environments and a stronger sense of place and atmosphere. The story concept itself is highly promising: a strict, confident 38-year-old biology professor whose carefully controlled world begins to unravel when a young man moves into her home. The slow-burn tension, power dynamics, and forbidden desires are set up beautifully in this early build. Considering the strong foundation in both narrative direction and visual execution, I believe *Vanessa Whitmore* has the potential to become one of the very best in the AI visual novel space — possibly by a significant margin. Of course, it’s still only version 0.1.1, so I’m very curious (and excited) to see how it evolves in future updates. For now, this is more than enough to earn my full support. 5/5 stars. Highly recommended if you enjoy mature, slow-burn stories with top-tier AI presentation. Keep it up, silqen — the potential here is massive.

We've officially entered the era of AI slop, with another lazy clone of A Wife and Mother, and an even slower level of development. Although the graphics and animations are very nice, they do have an "uncanny valley" quality to them, and there's a lack of character details (in terms of skin quality, textures, visual variety, etc). The mom and the daughter look the same too, with no age difference, which is jarring. There's also a lack of natural character expressions, and most of the times, they don't even look at each other when talking. I get that AI is building everything from scratch, but it makes everything seem rushed and unprofessional. As people often say, the devil is in the details. However, the main problem is that the game only does the bare minimum to introduce its characters, and they all have paper-thin personalities, unclear motivations, and uninsteresting dialogue. The people giving 5-star reviews are objectively wrong - this is a really bad game. The biggest failure here is the script, which quickly becomes cliched and a lesser version of better games on this site. You've got your mandatory bully BBC character and his white friend, a small town boy who moves in with the family, the son, the daughter, and Vanessa is a teacher. Within a couple of hours, Vanessa (a supposedly loyal wife), is getting wet at the idea of garnering attention from other men. There's no indignation, no conflict, no guilt - she's automatically a whore if you to want to keep her "options" open. This makes her corruption boring. This is also a fundamentally childish way of writing female protagonists, which denies them agency, depth and internal consistency. A better writer would have justified her lack of "reaction" at school due to a personal concern for her (problem) students' grades and future. Let me be clear - yes, there's a lot of polish here, especially in the UI and overall presentation, and it's definitely interesting to see how AI is progressing, but as a first release and introduction to the characters, this screams "soon to be abandoned" due to a lack of financial support. A lot of games use the cover of slow-burn to have glacial development, but in this case, I doubt it will even last a year. As it stands, it's very underwhelming, showing only the morning and afternoon with one minor choice at the school - and that's it. There's not even nudity. Whatever level of polish was promised by the visuals, it's only surface level. The developer didn't bother to properly set up the story, or even include a full day of events, ending with her having a conversation with her husband at night. This is precisely why I'm so hard on this game. The only unique, but very strange moment in the game is the fact that both school bullies express sexual interest in the protagonist's son. Yes, you heard me right: in a female protagonist game about a hot teacher who gets corrupted, the male students actively want to fuck her son too. If you want to see how great AI game development can be, go play Corrupting Joy instead. That game is miles ahead of this one, with emotionally complex characters, interesting dialogue, and a great level of expressive details. Vanessa Whitmore does not deserve your attention.

Vanessa Whitmore v0.1 – My Honest Take I stumbled across this game a few days ago and from the very first minutes I could tell it was something special. Vanessa Whitmore is one of those early-stage projects that actually makes you excited about the future of this genre. The story has real depth right from the start. Vanessa is a 38-year-old biology professor — serious, independent, and completely in control of her life and her home. When a young guy enters her world, that perfect balance slowly begins to crack. It’s a proper slow-burn done right. No rushed sex scenes; instead you get stolen glances, quiet tension, and layered dialogue that builds naturally. It genuinely feels like you’re watching a real forbidden relationship unfold. The AI art in v0.1 is genuinely impressive. Character consistency is excellent (something a lot of AI games struggle with early on), and Vanessa looks stunning — mature, elegant, with that perfect mix of authority and hidden vulnerability. The images have a cinematic quality that pulls you in. What I loved most is that the dev is clearly treating the story seriously. The themes of power, surrender, and the thrill of losing control are explored with patience and care. The dialogue feels natural, and the MC is likable and believable instead of some over-the-top caricature. Of course it’s only version 0.1, so there’s still a long way to go, but the foundation is incredibly solid. If you’re looking for a visual novel with strong character writing, heavy emotional and sexual tension, and clean, high-quality art, Vanessa Whitmore is absolutely worth your time. Easily one of the strongest starts I’ve seen in a while. My score: 9/10 (with clear potential to hit 10/10) Can’t wait for the next update. Highly recommended.

We have a good story with a good beginning. The creator conveyed the story to the audience well at the beginning of the story. The characters are well-formed and Vanessa's character is also good. Vanessa has an attractive face and her children each have their own charm. The only problem with the story was its short beginning. It could have ended by the time the boys were at Vanessa's house.
