The game is good, but it has a few pretty big problems. It mainly consists of two minigames: a racing minigame and a combat minigame The racing minigame is a good, but kind of boring racing game where the rival racers are either basically impossible or way too easy to beat depending on your vehicles stats and the difficulty of mission you are taking on. This means that most of the time it's basically a stat check as long as you can avoid running into walls. The combat minigame on the other hand is extremely simple and boring. There are two things you do during it: attacking and blocking. Left click attacks and right click blocks. You should block when enemies are about to attack, but the timing for this is pretty hard to get down due to there being no real indicator for when you should be doing it and it being different for all enemy types excluding gun enemies which can't be blocked. They do have a getting ready pose for when they start the attacking process, but you should only block right when this happens against katana enemies. For the other enemy types you have to wait longer and just kind of guess when they are about to attack due to there being no real indication of when they will. There are also guns which almost always deal more damage than your melee weapons that you can switch to by using the scroll wheel, but to compensate for this they have limited ammunition which you have to refill at home taking 1 timeslot. Thankfully the quality of the sex scenes themselves are pretty good, but at the end of the game it gets pretty annoying when you have to do them for a long time to fill up the ERW bar. During the scenes you also have to change the speed slider in order to find the constantly moving sweet spot that makes the area around the slider pink and doubles the amount of pleasure your devotee gets per tick. The gameplay outside of those three areas is mostly just managing time between the competitions where you have to train your devotee to be able to use different performances at the monthly competition. At a certain point in your playthrough you will get to a point where you have enough money that you don't have to worry about it anymore and the game becomes about grinding for devotee stats and getting to the top group rank. At this point you basically have nothing to do outside of training which is just clicking 3 different buttons over and over until your devotee has good enough stats that you can just start sleeping and waiting for the monthly competitions until you get to group rank 1. So, in my opinion the game has good sex scenes, kind of mediocre gameplay and a lot of unnescessary grind in the mid to late game. I would still rate this as a 4 star game, due to my overall experience being good while playing it.
