About Way to Fall
Way to Fall is a Ren'Py kinetic novel by Kapilano, rendered with 3DCG visuals. You follow Sayumi, a female protagonist who relocates to a new city alongside her boyfriend. The premise frames this relocation as an open question: whether the city brings joy and happiness, or leads to corruption and moral decline. The player is positioned to decide her fate, while the boyfriend is included in the starting situation.
The current build is v0.2, released on April 5, 2023, with development ongoing rather than finished. It is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac in English and is uncensored. The v0.2 update added 134 pictures, more than 200 lines of code, some music, and new mechanics, following the initial v0.1 release. The changelog presents these additions as the latest recorded update.
Developer's description
The game is about a girl named Sayumi who moves to a new city with her boyfriend. What will await her in this city? Joy and happiness? Or Corruption and moral decline? Everything will depend on you, you decide her fate.
