A Fattening Idle Game is an adult weight-gain and stuffing fetish title made by akuraisnight with RPG Maker. You play as a streamer who feeds a woman called the subject while an audience watches. The more viewers enjoy the show and the heavier the subject becomes, the faster your audience and funds grow. You can spend earnings on more food, but the bed must be strong enough; if it breaks, the run starts over. The game presents a management sandbox with a 2D CG style.
The current build is a Windows demo released on October 31, 2024, in English and uncensored. It is a demo, and the latest changelog notes an initial zone release. The game includes a light idle layer: if you leave it running, audience and funds rise slowly, but she does not get heavier unless you feed her yourself. Once the Auto Feeder is purchased and stocked, she can gain weight without your direct feeding.

(THIS IS AN 18+ WEIGHT GAIN + STUFFING FETISH GAME!!!) Stream yourself feeding a woman, known as "the subject", in front of an audience. The more your audience enjoys the stream (and simply the fatter the subject gets) the more your audience grows, and the more money you earn, which in turn could be spent on more food to feed her with. Be careful though- if you don't make sure the bed is strong enough, it might break... and then you'll have to start over! There is a lite idle experience here, where if you leave the game running, your audience will slowly grow and your funds will increase, but until you buy the Auto Feeder (and keep it stocked) the subject will not gain weight unless you feed her yourself.
