A Neon Fallacy

v0.03 Alpha This update has been focused on making the city feel less empty between major story beats: stronger business/location pressure, more visible NPC presence, more scene and media coverage, and fewer placeholder moments during normal play. The bodega, laundromat, pawn/motel side of the game, Naomi/Melinda apartment coverage, and higher-power story layer have all been getting attention.
