Actual Roommates 2 is a lesbian comedy visual novel made by HanakoXVN in Ren'Py with 3D rendered visuals. It takes place at Blairmont University, where a clerical mistake leaves the player without an assigned room. Players can choose among crowded dorms, sorority life, or off-campus housing while navigating petty conflicts, campus oddities, and a colorful cast. The game continues the story from Actual Roommates. The player takes on the role of the daughter of the famed 12 shots Lawrence, making her own way through college.
The current build is Chapter 5, released July 11, 2026, and development continues. It is available on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English and uncensored. The latest update adds 1355 new renders and eight Replay Gallery scenes, plus fixes for custom name calls that were missing for the protagonist.

- Fixed a bug that would 'cause Becky to show up earlier than intended during the party, leading to dialogue inconsistencies;
- Added a hint in the "Guided" and "Cheat" mode for an otherwise easily missable event during the party;
- Fixed several typos and minor bugs in Chapter 1.
