Wow -- We did it! It's finally here. The final chapter to Adventure of a Rookie Superhero is officially released, bringing our project to a close... I know I keep on saying it, but I really could not have done it without you guys. All of your support pushed me to keep the project going -- through financial issues, health issues, and a heck of a lot of stress -- YOU kept me progressing. As a thank you, I will be keeping the project free so that everyone can enjoy the game to its fullest extent!

So, what'd we learn?
A lot. A lot about both myself, and how to create a game. When I first started this project, I had never made a game before, never worked with 3d modeling before, and had never written a full story before... Lots of firsts, I know. My initial goal was just to finish a project, as I have a bad habit of starting and abandoning my art, so I am quite glad I completed that at the very least!
They say to never tell your favorite story first, and I'm very glad that I didn't. Don't get me wrong, I loved how Piper's story played out! But, looking back at it now, I feel like I've developed as a writer soooooo much since I started! Not only that, but along the way I've discovered how to code more effectively, as well as render at a higher quality.
I'm super excited to put what I've learned together and apply it towards my next project. What will that project be...? Well, I can't say yet -- but I can tell you that it's not so far away from being announced. And rest assured, it will contain Piper and some familiar faces, but in a different universe and setting!
Will there ever be any more updates?
If you spot something busted, or run into any glitches, please let me know and I'll do my best to get an update out asap! The project may be completed, but that doesn't mean it's perfect!
What about a sequel?!
Never say never! I purposely made sure to keep the ending soft for Piper and friends, so that I can continue it someday if the mood strikes. For now, you'll have to enjoy her within the current game, though!

I hope you all enjoy Ch9! It took a long time for me to get out as I had some personal things pop up in my life which resulted in me not having nearly as much time as I'd like to work on projects. I knew going into Ch9 that I wanted it to be a very important chapter that focused more on wrapping up the story rather than lewd scenes or anything like that. With the project nearing its end, I find myself eager to start the next game and so perhaps a bit of that passion is lost that I had for previous chapters. That being said, I'm still happy with it, and am looking forward to the final chapter! Chapter 10 will focus heavily on relationships, player choice, and lewdness (To make-up for the lack-thereof in ch9). It might seem a bit brief to some, but as I mentioned before I wanted to focus just on the narrative to wrap up the story so that I can focus heavily on ch10's relationships. Remember, done is always better than perfect!
You'll also notice that I removed the chapter select screen! I had planned to do this from the start once I felt I had enough content to justify it. I feel that it gives the game a more cohesive flow. Doing so made me replay some of the older chapters and it made me chuckle seeing how much I've grown since this project began. Going into my next project, I've managed to prepare and organize WAAAAY better than I did with this project. I'm so so so so looking forward to introducing it -- but first, we've got to finish this one! Onto Chapter 10~!

Sorry this update took so long. As much as I wish I could devote all of my time to game-dev, I do it on the side and as such my personal life sometimes gets in the way. But, here we are! Chapter 8. This update adds new sex-scenes for romanceable characters (Cassie, Tara & Mix, Vix, Dr. Yun), as well as sets up the scene for the final showdown between Musclegirl and Nightwraith! It also adds 182 renders, making the total render count to date a wild 1,102.
I encourage you guys to make different save files and explore each romanceable scene for each girl! Personally, I think my favorite is either Mix's or Vix's...

Adventures of a Rookie Superhero is an amazing game! Okay, yes, maybe I am a little biased given my screenname, but even so, this is a fun story with a well rounded group of characters. Piper is the cute/hot heroine protagonist that isn't always winning her battles conventionally at first (but that's just another reason we love her). I am always a sucker for the strong willed/spirited heroine that isn't too strong/OP, and ends up enjoying being the submissive, which is the case for most of this game. My only gripe which isn't that bad, but still... is the fact that one of the "love interests" doesn't have their own ending, and I don't want to spoil anything with this review, but if you play this game entirely, it is obvious who I am talking about, maybe I missed something, or there is some way to get an ending for her, but most things I tried resulted in the "love interest" ending up with the same fate no matter what. Despite that, I really loved this game, and cannot wait for this dev's future projects whether it is a continuation of this universe or something else entirely.
To be completely honest, I didn’t even want to try this game at first. I saw the screenshots and read the description, and it just didn’t appeal to me. The main character looked kinda boyish (not really my thing), and the premise seemed straight out of a cheesy porn plot: hot superhero gets assaulted by ugly villains. Yippee. Then five minutes into Adventures of a Rookie Superhero and... whoops, Nightwraith had already won me over. On paper it’s a “sexy superhero visual novel,” but in practice it’s way more than that: funny, surprisingly well-written, and actually caring about its characters. You play Piper, Nightwraith, a snarky, stubborn redhead trying to make a name for herself while the city melts down around her and the Red Sirens cause chaos. The setup is simple (rookie vs. villain gang), but the game keeps surprising you with small character beats, genuine humor, and choices that steer relationships in believable ways. The writing nails the tone: breezy and cheeky, never pretentious. It remembers it’s a horny romp, but it also lets scenes breathe so jokes land and people feel real. Piper’s dialogue especially sells her as a flawed, relatable rookie, not a blank slate for fetish checklisting. The narrative isn’t just a string of renders you click past, decisions change the path and give actual replay value. Branching choices aren’t world-shaking, but they matter enough to make different playthroughs feel worthwhile. What surprised me most was the sense of structure. You can tell the writer had a vision from the very start and stuck to it, growing along the way. From Chapter 1 to the end, there’s clear improvement, and the story comes together with a satisfying conclusion. That kind of complete, polished arc is rare in indie adult VNs. The renders aren’t photorealistic, but they don’t need to be. The visuals are staged with care, angles, expressions, and posing do a lot of heavy lifting. Even static images feel alive thanks to clever composition and attention to detail. Performance is solid, and while there’s no animation, the mix of art and dialogue keeps things dynamic. One of the game’s biggest strengths is how it balances story and smut. The sex scenes are undeniably hot, but they’re not random or shoehorned in, they’re meaningful, earned, and an extension of the characters and setting. Nightwraith herself is fantastic: scrappy, confident, and refreshingly open without feeling like a blank slate or a prude. Her personality shines through every choice, making her encounters feel authentic. This isn’t “porn with a plot slapped on”, it’s a story-driven VN where erotic content feels like a natural part of the world. Now, fair warning: the game leans heavily into futa/trans content and includes some rougher, non-consensual elements. If that’s not your thing, you might want to pass. But if you’re open to that, this game delivers in spades. The dev clearly poured heart and soul into it. The final version, v2.0, wraps everything up beautifully with a complete 10-chapter arc, and it’s still free to play, with an optional render pack for supporters. Each chapter shows noticeable growth in both storytelling and technical polish. Bottom line: Adventures of a Rookie Superhero is a playful, horny, and surprisingly heartfelt visual novel that punches far above its weight. It’s not perfect, it’s clearly an indie labor of love, but its flaws are easy to forgive because of how much heart, humor, and style it brings. Whether you’re here for the spicy scenes, the superhero drama, or just want to see an indie dev absolutely nail their vision, this is a total gem. If you’re into futa-on-female content and want something more substantial than just a gallery of renders, this is a must-play. I can’t wait to see what the dev does next.
Let's lay out the basics. I love futa theme. And I am up for some futa on male. But what I do not like are men with pussies. (ftm, or what you call it) And this "creation" doesn't have any characters besides the supposed women, that have the faces (and, for the most parts bodies) of men, with the tits added on top of that. Most of the time small and always out-of-place-looking tits. I will give it a bonus point for the quantity of content, but that's it. >The story is complete garbage. >The choices are only about: "Do you want to watch a sex scene or not". So, all in all, it's a Kinetic novel. >Characters are ugly. >Sex scenes are poorly written. (they had the potential to be exciting, but the overly lengthy descriptions on static pictures ruined it all) Use at your own risk, and only if you like men with cunts and lots of pubic hair.

A female protagonist game with Futa on Female focus, Fem Protagoinst who isn't outright prude, superb focus on Futa on Female scenes, a good enough story, good renders, nice writing. All in all a very good game, and turning about to be a fav.
(Reviewing v1.9) This one is particularly interesting for me as I shouldn't like it but ended up having a good time. The idea to do porn with a super-hero isn't anything new but here the hero is a rookie. This makes her making "dumb" decisions or mistakes, a lot more palatable. In addition, the story is rather good, with several branching points and funny quips. Not everything is original but there is enough (and not too much) to make it worth reading and not just fast forward. The other great thing about the story, is the dev manages to have a lot of nudity that doesn't feel odd when it could. The writing and models expressions all work together to make it work. How about the MC. She's a petite redhead with small tits and short hair. All that makes for a very sexy minx. BUT her face is rather odd and boyish. In fact, her body too is rather boyish. Her face can also pull faces that are weird. I think its her eyes mostly, that are too big, as I thought she looked better with her mask on. So at first I was a bit put off and attracted at the same time. The story kept me going and I ended up getting used to and accepting her face more. (especially when covered in cum ) And I think the renders helped a lot. The dev does a great job at choosing angles that elevate the scenes whilst making sure the naughty bits are exposed appropriately. The scenes are often very hot and well done, with enough duration too. Really good job there. And for the final thought, the theme of the game. This is all about futa characters. The MC is female but almost everyone else is futa. It is clearly stated if you read the dev notes, but one could easily miss that. So if you hate that, stay away. Personally I'm not into futa and that's why I was surprised to still want to see what was coming next. And I can still appreciate the quality of the game and the good work. Although of course, I can't help but wondering how much better I could like it, if there was more variety, or if there was a second game done but with regular straight sex in it. Still, I'd say this is worth playing just for the quality of the models and writing.
[v1.8] Well, several chapters connected with the same plot and some h-scenes in each... Not terrible, but not amazing either. -Story, Originality You are a superheroine and smash with futas. -Renders Okay 3d models. -Sound Basic sounds. -Playability Several chapters with couple h-scenes in each. -Performance Runs okay. -Bugs Didn't see any. -Animations Still images. -Voice Acting Didn't hear any. -Grammar Didn't see any mistakes. -Amount of content Okay game without too much of plot or h-scenes. And it doesn't feel like an "infinite development" game. Maybe it will be rereleased with all chapters wielded together and finished plot, but not yet.
Arguably the best game around. Screens are all exceptional, has a great story, wonderful characters and just a lot of fun. Sneaky is a really great developer as well, as a patreon of their's I've happily donated throughout most of this project and proud to see where they've brought it to. It's not the most dynamic of stories in terms of player input, but all roads are completed and you're able to pick and choose who you pursue in the story. Personally, I don't think having a lot of 'meaningful options' matters in this story because it's just so well told, where as so many other games that bite off more than they can chew either get abandoned and go no where, or end up with so many options and too many characters that each update feels like it goes no where.
I Love this game. If you do too then read on. Not everyone will agree with this and that's okay because I like how the dev approached the project. The MC is hawt. Has it been said enough? yes. Has it been said enough? heck no! The story is new and engaging, humor is great , cast is varied, sex is hot and the MC is open and willing for the encounters etc. basically it scratches all the itches of a 'dickgirl on female' tag seeker like yours truly. Sex isn't the focus of the story and rather the byproduct which is what I LOVE about this game. Most other games lose the ball trying to balance their initial vision and requests from their patrons ending up with a story that doesn't engage and ultimately being a slideshow of sex pictures. Not this one. This dev manages that fine line with the confidence of a titanically hung bishoujo boy strolling into a bathhouse full of MILFs. UPDATE: The game is complete and ticks all the boxes of an average futa-on-female enjoyer. I would recommend to go and sponsor the dev.
And another one failed. First chapter and you're being raped. No choices, just kinetic bs. Which is extremely frustrating, because the heroine is beautiful, and the setting being the woman in a futa world is such a rare occasion. Again a dev tricking people with missing tags.
I had zero expectations going into this and to be honest I missed the FUTA tag because this is normally not one of my kinks. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised. You will not find anything really new here but the writing is really good, solid humor and a super hot protagonist who is open to a lot of scenarios. As far as the story is concerned, it's a typical superhero story but it makes for an interesting vehicle to get our protagonist from one "sticky" situation to another. I don't remember any animation, but the scene blocking and erotic writing are really well done. I wouldn't say it is one of the best games out there, but it is a solid, fun adventure and you should give it a shot. Besides, our hero has a natural red bush she loves to show off.
Good game. Lovely typical superhero tropes, funny characters, distinct body types, quality renders. Only cons is relatively small amount of renders, caused, likely, by hardware limitations of the dev. This game totally worth a try if you are into f/f and f/futa action.
Regardless of this being an underserved genre on this site, it's also a fantastic game. Fantastic renders not just in character concept but also in impactful, exciting poses and scenes. Tons of action and salacious sex. Characterization, world building, and some rather fun banter too. Definitely worth your time! I even donated on itch.io -- it's really good.
The story's well written, the scenes are good and the renders are very good. And definitely a positive for showing more body variety among the hero. Definitely need more of those. Excited to see how it ends up developing.
Interesting game, reminds me of C.L.I.T, good futa/lesbian love and sex, the world setting is a little unclear tho. But the protagonist is cute. Good renders , characters , and superheroine in distress is kinda my thing hehe. Recommended and excited to see how it goes on.
It's good... Fun and not too serious... The art is good and the story also seems decent... A little rough around the edges but still enjoyable... I don't think this will offer you an extremely serious and deep story, but a light fun one that you can play once and then forget about...
