Anomaly Evolution is a strategy clicker game by Tentacles Games, built with the Others engine and presented in animated 2D CG art. You play as a female protagonist guiding an immortal lizard anomaly through endless evolution, from a single cell toward a Lovecraftian god, with thirty-two forms to unlock. Its premise asks whether you can discover SCP-682's full potential. The design mixes management and parody.
The current build is v0.70, released June 7, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, uncensored. The latest update adds a new unlockable anomaly, SCP-999, with fifteen evolution stages, and fixes animation transitions. Previous updates expanded SCP-1471 with new forms and scenes, and lowered cell value requirements from evolution twenty-four onward.

Evocytes earning from killing Xenocytes now start with 25%, with the first upgrade starting with 50%.
Transcendence is now cheaper now costing 820k evocytes and reduced the cost scaling of transcending.
Removed the damage multiplier from Xenocytes after transcending

There are other QoL changes and gameplay tweaks.
