About ANOMALY: The Rotting World

ANOMALY: The Rotting World is an Imisx-made RPGM adventure where you play Ember, a scavenger in the fortified village of Woodsmouth after an infection has decayed the world. Resources are scarce, forcing survivors into desperate choices. The 2D game includes 3DCG scenes, combat, horror, and domination themes.

The current v0.1 build is an early English release dated June 28, 2026, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows and Mac and is uncensored. The latest changelog lists 217 CGs and 9 H-scenes.

Developer's description

It's been a while since the infection began rotting the world. Ember now works as a scavenger in the village-fortress of Woodsmouth, but lately resources have been running low and the survivors must take drastic measures to survive.
