Ashes of Purity is an adult visual novel made by PurerWorks with Ren'Py and 3DCG artwork. You take on the role of Tyler, a confident outsider whose arrival unsettles a quiet conservative household. He does not live there, yet his influence grows through words, gestures, and choices that seem harmless at first. Each family member has hidden desires and insecurities, and Tyler slowly reshapes how they see themselves and each other. Themes include corruption and romance.
The current build is ongoing, released as v0.2.0 on June 24, 2025. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, with no censorship. The latest update adds Episodes 5 and 6, two side characters Nyra and Viper, and a scene where Tyler faces a surprise mafia attack. Lily returns in a new scene, with optional Koen participation. Animated scenes now use smooth QHD videos, and most renders have been upgraded to 2560x1440, except Episodes 1 and 2, which are planned for later. Android support works by installing an APK.

All animated scenes are now smooth QHD videos instead of image sequences. Better visuals, no performance drop. (This significantly improves transition speeds and helps prevent ATL-related crashes in Ren'Py. )

come with intense, fast-paced story arcs that resolve quickly—often within just a few episodes. But don’t worry: once their arc is over, they won’t disappear. You’ll still be able to find them through the interface and spend more time with them at your own pace.
