About At The Peak Of Ecstasy
At The Peak Of Ecstasy is a top-down 2D exploration game made by IceCreamFoxDuo in Unity, using a 2D CG art style. It presents a society that claims to have removed undesirable problems, yet suggests that reforms can produce counter-reforms. The player takes the role of Aithne, a spy working for the Ministry Of Stress Control, and enters a mountain to uncover its secrets while moving toward the title’s peak. The adult themes include BDSM, sex toys, and a female protagonist.
The current build is a demo, not a finished version. It was released on July 10, 2023 as an initial release, and it runs on Windows. The language is English, and the content is uncensored. The latest changelog entry only notes the demo initial release.
Developer's description
We eliminated everything undesirable in society. Or did we just push it aside and hoped it will fade away? We are doing everything right, made all the right decisions, and have only the best intentions in mind. Who decided what is right? Society reformed in the best possible way, however, we forget that every reform has a counter-reform. How will that manifest? Asking too many questions of this nature can increase stress levels, we should calm down and trust our superiors. Take the role of Aithne, a spy of the Ministry Of Stress Control in this top-down 2D Exploration game, and find out. Enter the mountain, discover its secrets, and arrive at the peak of Ecstasy.
