About Blackthorn

Blackthorn is an adult RPGM game by Casey Kane, presented with 2D and 3DCG animated visuals. You play Ariana Blackthorn, a young witch from a secluded hamlet, during her Coming of Age trials. She must leave home to recover the Orb of Containment from a mansion built on a rift in reality. The game combines RPG exploration with sandbox-like freedom, while monsters and hostile witches threaten her. Adult themes include female domination, lesbian relationships, and monster encounters.

The current build is Chapter1, released October 27, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update adds a longer tavern sequence centered on Priscilla and Gwen, including several animated variants and choices that affect character reactions. Some adult content can be disabled.

Developer's description

Ariana BLACKTHORN is a talented young witch of high birth, and it’s the evening of her Coming of Age trials. This night she must leave the safety of the secluded hamlet in which she lives, and recover the Orb of Containment from a strange mansion situated on a rift in the fabric of reality. Immense magical and worldly power will be hers if she succeeds. Some believe that if Ariana obtains the Orb she will become the prophesied “First Queen of the Witches”, but the path to victory is a perilous one. Between Ariana and the Orb awaits a host of monsters and hostile witches, all of them keen to get the young BLACKTHORN inside their bodies and digest her away - thereby absorbing her already not inconsiderable powers. Scat content can be disabled.
