Chance Encounter

My review is based primarily on someone's enjoyment of the gender bender, that the person playing it takes enjoyment in seeing the protagonist turned into a female and get railed. The game doesn't take it slow, its very quick to get to the action which is both good and bad, good is in that it doesn't waste your time, but bad in that it lacks the build up that makes for really good corruption. I still enjoyed it though and even the first update had an alternate ending.

What a delightful game! These mischievous goblins have been creeping into everything lately...literally. Thanks, Sorrow: I can't wait to see how this story continues. Will it be possible to choose character names in the future, or at least the main character's name (both male and female)?

Rev @ Chance Encounter [v0.1.9] I liked it, but I recognize that like is an extremely biased subjective. Art's fine by me (IE fappable) but I'll be the first to admit it isn't the pinnacle of achievement. The attempts at ahego are some of the 3d-Taterface-iest I've ever seen. Writing is a mixed bag. I like that the authorial voice doesn't stray too far into smarm like so many attempts at the [Comedy] tag do, but also says out of the meanspirited grimdark tone so many others fall into. That being said, the pacing sucks and chickadee #1 has her tits out three clicks after we meet her. No characters get any establishment or exploration and that makes the narrative weightless. I dug the porn. See my rant about subjectivity. Ver .019 is too short. I worry we have a porn version of vaporware and that is a combination of mental images I'm not prepared to ponder. TLDR: Moar plz.

Look I am all for the pregnancy stuff its kinda kinky and all but it would have been nice if there was a bit more going for this than just that...I mean its right off the bat a fuck fest practically and its really just fap material. Sure it reads fine and is written well enough, visuals are not bad for the models, the world looks "meh" at best and dont forget the plot...oh nvm, what plot. There are several paths and outcomes, which is "fun" to see, but I only really did one maybe 2? Not sure if there were more for this version but it seems that the Goblin/s pretty much are the victors in most scenarios, either the MC gets cucked or he gets fucked (literally)

Overall, I liked it (short, but with a logical plot). Perhaps too much in the spirit of the game "Goblin's Pet". I would have preferred a story with less influence of goblins, but more interaction with other characters (adventurers, innkeeper, blacksmith, etc.). I would have made the ring itself cursed - returning to the finger on its own (at the most inopportune moment).

I hate to write a negative review, but I feel the 5 star one needs some balance. The writing in this VN is not good. The story, the pacing the plot and the characters are all not good. There are elements of the plot that are absurd, like the half-elf having three changes of clothes while they are dungeon crawling. Talking about what they are doing like school children playing dungeons and dragons. The models are reasonably decent, although the half-elf and female Max basically have the same face. Three stars would be very generous. I think some proof reading might help. This game is NOT a 5 star game.
