About Change Deck

Change Deck is an adult card game by B.E. Grove, built in Ren'Py with an animated 3D CG style. You play a female protagonist in a witchy competition where the goal is to grow an opponent’s size and be the last one standing. The core play starts from a rock paper scissors format and expands through card choices, transformations, and unlockable animated scenes. The tone leans into playful dialogue and gradual growth themes, with two girls involved in the match.

The current build is ongoing, with version v0.5.2 released on April 25, 2026. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog says the game is now in Ren'Py. Earlier updates added an Orb of Order that lets you choose cards after a win, an Orb of Chaos with new animations and transformations, an unlockable gallery, more dialogue paths, expressions, and fixes. The game includes animated 3D CG scenes and keeps its humor through dialogue.

v0.5.2 Game is now in renpy v0.3.1 N/A v0.2 Added Orb of Order, which can be obtained by winning a game. When used these allow you to pick the cards in your hand. Added Orb of Chaos, which will play from a set of 12 new animations (6 unique transformations over the two girls). Added unlockable gallery with all 30 of the game's animations. Added over 50 new lines of dialogue over 10 paths to go with the new animations, along with 3 new expressions. Re-rendered Adara's Height growth level 2 to fix a visual error. Fixed a couple of spelling mistakes. v0.1.1 18 animations . 69 images of various points of growth. The trademark groan-worthy dialogue The BE Grove is known for!
