About Change of Truth

Change of Truth is an adult adventure game by CodeGremlin, made in HTML. You play a woman who wakes up in a science lab with no memory of her identity or location. The game focuses on figuring out who she is and finding a way out. It combines text-based choices with animated, AI-generated CG visuals, and its themes include sci-fi, transformation, and adventure.

The current build is v0.4.5, released April 10, 2025. Development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and is available in English without censorship. The latest changelog notes that interactive images were added, some floor content was updated, and new content was introduced. A second floor was added. Earlier updates also cleaned up passages and artwork and added multiple new rooms and events.
