Deadly Affairs is an adult 2D sandbox game made by Deadly Affairs using the Others engine. It follows a male protagonist who spends his summer break with a friend of his mother in Dreadstone City, where odd reports begin circulating. The game uses still CG art and animated scenes, and its play includes exploration, conversations, flirting, quests, and combat. Its themes include a male protagonist, milf, and monster.
The current build is a v1.0 demo released on May 15, 2026 for Windows in English, with no censorship. The latest changelog describes it as an initial release and adds save and load functions, an electronics store, a revised map, a phone feature, and a new character named Yuki. It also introduces a combat system, four quests, more than fifty dialogue events, six still CG images, one animated CG, a new outfit for Linda, and expanded conversation and flirting options for the cast, continuing the main story.

You’re staying with your mom’s friend for the summer, trying to keep things simple, but the city has other plans.
