About Depravation

Depravation is an adult visual novel by Shadow, built in Ren'Py with animated 3D CG visuals. In Act 2 you play Lucas, a hitman whose controlled life unravels when love enters, forcing him to balance contracts, consequences, and desire in a world where mistakes can be fatal. The story presents branching choices and themes of corruption and domination.

The current build is Act 2 v2.0, released February 3, 2026, and development remains ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, without censorship. Version 2.0 improves pacing, turns the opening two chapters into a linear setup for Act 3’s semi-sandbox direction, refreshes Act 1 visuals, and aligns the interface with a transparent text box. The combined build is 3.38 GB. Act 2 includes 600+ renders, 30+ animations, 15+ animated intimate sequences, an experimental choice-based QTE fight sequence, and 10+ original music tracks.

Developer's description

In Act 2, you step into the shoes of Lucas , an infamous hitman whose carefully controlled life begins to unravel when love enters the picture. Caught between contracts, consequences, and emotions he can’t afford to have, Lucas must walk a dangerous line between duty and desire. In a world where mistakes get people killed… Which path will he choose? Only time will tell.
