v0.11
This month's supporter scene winner is Kayda Anal.
One of the biggest QoL additions is that there is now an item that allows fast travel between Chapters. It will not be available all the time, and first appears after Chapter 6) since it would mess up narratives, but I will try to have it available more and more going forward and try to design the narratives in a way that this functionality can remain active as much as possible. I know the walking between towns bothers some people. I'm trying.
There is also an place in the options where use can set the framerate. There is a small bug where sometimes things happen too fast due to a mismatch between the engine framerate handling and your monitor. It was most noticeable in the stealth minigame.
This month I revamped parts of Chapters 1-5 to improve the experience.
Chapter 1 - Added 1 animation of a Slime Queen blowjob in a dream sequence.
Chapter 2 - Added a jigsaw style minigame and two Cornelia animations to after Finn finds the book about Marldon.
Chapter 3 - Added a duck hunting minigame and a cattle herding minigame. Also added a Abigail animation in a dream sequence.
Chapter 4 - Added two Layla images in a dream sequence.
Chapter 5 - Shrank the Borsfirth Bandit map and added some addition elements to the Ferrode Bandit Cave map.
I also plan on shrinking the Trousby Swamp map in Chapter 1, but I ran out of time.
New Chapter 11
Starts in Wrenscaster (but you get instantly transported to Marldon) You play as Savannah this Chapter.
-1 new Animation
-2 new comics
-chase minigame
Older Updates
v0.10.1
Fixed a bug caused by the apple and pear tile update. I'm an idiot.
v0.10
Chapter 10 - Return to Wrenscaster. Genevieve wants to buy some books. The quest starts in Marldon.
The vote for this month's supporter scene is currently ongoing., so nothing to report there yet.
Also, I'm thinking of adding a fast travel item for use between chapters so you can go to a town and buy items without having to walk all the way there and back. This will also improve things for when I start adding more side quests and optional quests. I know I plan the content additions along a particular route so all you "need" to do is go to the place I tell you and you only need to look at stuff along the way, but I realize that this is not how most people play the game. So, let me know if you think this may help the gameplay experience. You can give me any thoughts you have on this. I think there are pros and con to the design choice and hope to eliminate as many of the cons while maintaining the pros.
-3 new animations
-2 new images
-1 new comic
-1 new hunting minigame. It's truly optional though. I'd do it. You need to do it before Chapter 11 releases or it won't be available anymore.
-Added a notebook which lists people and places so you can check that information. I know that some people wait months between playing the game and can forget stuff so this was added in addition to the Chapter recaps which are part of the questlog. Harold gives it to you at the beginning of the game when he sends you to Trousby.
-Continued work on the Chapters 1-4 revamp but nothing new added this month. We decided to wait until we have the art ready before we add the changes to the event maps so that if you decide to start from the beginning, there is more changes all at once.
-Found out that there is a problem in the engine that may cause the stealth minigame to be too hard for some people. It occurs when your monitor frame rate is "too high" for the engine. I think I have found a fix and it seems stable, but I'm waiting until next month to release it so it can be tested a little more.
v0.9
Chapter 9 - Find out what is in one of those vaults in town. The quest starts in Marldon.
The winner for this month's sex scene will be a threesome with Rhowen and Allison.
We spent a little time trying to improve the early game. We intend to increase the sex content as well to bring the first 3 chapters in line with the rest of the game.
- 5 new animations.
- 2 new images.
- Three puzzle mini-games
- Labels added to most buildings and non-party members who you need to remember.
- Added a map. You either receive it in Chapter 1 or the intro to Chapter 9.
- Partial revamp of Chapters 1-4 to improve quest guidance and add some fast travel when all you do is need to walk through 5 maps.
- Added 8 direction movement.
v0.8.1
Fixed a bug where going in the gallery at a certain point caused you to go to the wrong Marldon map. It isn't game breaking, so you shouldn't need to restart, just leave Marldon through the south exit and then enter again. Then you can head west when you get to that point. But this new build should circumvent that for people who haven't started the chapter yet.
v0.8
Chapter 8 – Explore around Marldon. The quest starts in Marldon so head there first.
We launched a Patreon and had our first supporter sex scene vote and the winner was Evie Cowgirl.
- 5 new animations with some cumshot animations.
- 3-6 new images, depending on how you count.
- New minigame. Hunting. Sometimes there is a weird timing bug which can result in the picture of Rhowen not properly clearing. I cannot figure out why it bugs out sometimes and not others. It’s rare, but just a warning.
- Added Merchants to most towns and cities. We also made it so you get a bunch of trade materials to test out the system. I would not start the game from the beginning yet while we are still playing with the system. There will probably come a day relatively soon when starting from the beginning will make sense, but I don't think that is now. This change was pretty extensive and did mess some things up though but we now have plenty of room to expand without affecting the current system. Let us know if you think the enemies should drop many more types of items to trade. We currently have four in the game, normal hides, fine hides, masterwork hides and elemental cores. We are not sure that adding to many more things would be a good idea, we don't want it to be too complicated.
- Gallery updated with the character busts and the new images.
v0.7
Chapter 7 - You return to Teigsey and meet a new girl.
3 new animations
2 new images
New minigame, stealth
New minigame, rock push
Added a gallery. It is in the bedroom in Marldon keep.
Also, we started a discord server to improve the way we deal with bug reports. Currently I handle it in direct messages, but I think that is not the best. So we set up a section in the discord server specifically for bug reports so that you can report your bugs and check if other have had the same problem and how to work around it, if possible.
v0.6
Something broke with save transfers. I think it is because I started using Chapter names in the saves to make it easier to know where you are in the game and report things and more flavour. Because of this I have included 100% saves near the end of each previous chapter so you can hopefully pick up where you left off. So you won't lose those bricks or panes of glass you found!
Chapter 6 - Finn heads back north to get some supplies to help rebuild Marldon and makes some new friends and enemies along the way.
Added minoan sprites.
2.5 new animations. We tried to combine an expansion animation with a fucking animation and I don't think it worked. It's hard to notice the expansion with the other movement so I doubt we will try it again unless some of you really like it.
2-6 new images (depending on how you count). And a new splashscreen. Does that count?
v 0.5.2
Corrected the starting position for Finn. Had incorrect starting position for Finn from testing the last bugfix. Only important if you started a new game. Sorry guys, I fucked up bad in my haste.
v 0.5.1
Bugfix in chapter 4. After finding Edgar, there was a issue with a switch being miss connected and you cannot enter the keep later. Added a place to step that fixes this problem if you have already gotten locked due to the bug. There is an image in the folder showing you where to step.
v 0.5
Finn sets out on his quests for the Duke
3-7 new images (dependings on how you count)
1 new animation. (I would have put the Savannah thin scene in this release but mechanically felt weird.)
3 new towns: Ferrode, Teigsmere and Boswich.
Also, working on getting a chapter skip functionality working, but it is pretty buggy currently. Probably will be in the next release. Also working on a gallery function. We also now have a subscribestar.
v 0.4
Finn learns his magic.
3 new images.
5 new animations.
Revamped combat zones. No more random encounters, now they are wandering monsters. All monsters use the same sprite for clarity. You need to touch them to start the combat.
Added elemental affinities to all characters and monsters. Now a water element attack does additional damage to a fire element creature.
If you hate the enemy dodge mini-game in the castle, you can skip it.
v 0.3.1
Changed numbering conventions.
Re-added missing striper peep to Teigsey.
v 0.3
Finn is asked to go to the Duchy seat, Wrenscaster, to do some trading. He will take some familiar faces with him.
2 new images.
1 new animation.
Warning with the quest tracker. If you have it running , it can cause your game to lag.
v 0.2
Our main character takes the neighbor girls to a dance in a neighboring town.
6 new images.
v 0.1
Our main character, Finn, is tasked to go to neighboring towns to get more supplies for his village.
4 new images.
V 0.10.1 Anyone who reads my rare reviews will recognize that I am not the standard RPG player, and that I am biased. I am most biased towards developers who engage with this community. Those who seek responses, comments, critiques and are more than happy sharing some of their ideas of future development with players who show interest. After making an encouraging comment on one of the earliest versions of the game, Winta Woodenson messaged me thanking my comment and asking for feed back. We had a couple of exchanges, and recently I noticed another message from the developer asking how i feel about the newer version of the game. So let me put it basically. This is a very promising game. I love the world design, the travel from one place to another, the clarity of the tasks, and more importantly the continuing player-centered development. The art style is phenomenal, which is a personal and subjective statement as with any art. What is not subjective is that one recognizes the efforts and strive for quality that is demonstrable in each image. The dialogue balances utility and fun - albeit it is not too much. Battles are balanced and the recently added minigames range in difficulty from easy to difficult, but are not impossible to solve in a way that one gets the dreaded "game over" after hours of play and can't move beyond (there are games like that). The diversity of characters with hints of personalities also give the game a lot of options for growth and further development. I am giving this game a solid fiver stars for its Art, potential, commitment and good natured developer as well as for the nice, well-thought gameplay. I look forward to future updates and wish the developed all success.
Just mindlessly wandering around looking for twinkling dots on a generic RPGM map, nothing interesting going on. Quests are not clear, "get a fish", getting a fish required talking to three other NPC's completely unrelated to the guys fishing you can see. After talking to those NPC's in the right order, you then have to wander around a maze map looking for 10 twinkling dots. I completed three or four miniquests that were identical to that, nothing about it was fun or interesting. No compelling story. After an hour, can't even rate the art, because all I saw was one picture.
Version 0.9 I'll rate this game a solid 3 Stars as of now, since there is both clear potential and weakpoints. What I considered strange in my playthrough are that the art quality in the animated scenes seem to drop/change from the Scenes with still pictures, not sure wether that is because a change of artists, but by skimming the Thread I did not get such an impression. I'll keep the Pro's short as they had been mentioned in previous reviews and I'd rather give pointers to the Dev about improving the game, rather to repeat what others already said. Pro: The Devs seem to take critique serious as many of the points previously mentioned in the reviews have been adressed. Con: The Dev either has no unique tile sets or is no map maker, since most maps seem rather loveless, mainly by the placement of filler objects and buildings, navigating is also unneccessary complicated. The Lack of a Fast Travel system like a wagon that can be used in the outskirts of villages in order to fast forward between locations (The only instance that seemed usefull was when travelling towards the dance with the combat encounters on the road or back to the mining city, where we encountered an Event to recruit 2 NPCs). The Events added to the older chapters aren't an alternative and sometimes are even counter productive (like when going to the cpital to start your new town and you actually need to backtrack after useing the fast travel since you need to gather the people in the skipped villages in order to proceed) There is no message at the end of the build clearly stateing "that's all for now folks". The stealth game was terrible because of the map design. Several ingame systems are not explained, so the game would drastically profit from a tutorial and puzzles like in those ruins need better explanation or atleast some hints... this made many parts of the games a pure gueswork.
This game is great. It is one of the better games I have played. I liked the look of the art and downloaded 0.6 and when I came back I saw 0.7 released so I downloaded it too. The reviews seem weird to me since the low reviews make claims about the game which is directly at odds with the high reviews. I played the last two releases and some of the low reviews are lying about the game. Good. 1. Great art. Early on it is mostly peeping on girls which is a normal thing in hentai games but pretty quickly there starts to be animations. The animations are really good. It must take a lot of time to do the animations. I think there are like a dozen animations in about 4 hours of play time. That is in addition to many other images. 2. Strong plot. This is one of the few games that explains why all the girls are 10s. It is because the MC learns magic to do it! He wants a town to develop. Well he has to do work for the duke and pay money. There is a logic to the story. 3. Real world. The world feels lived in. It seems like there is more going on in the world than banging girls. The author even made new swears in his world based on the mysticism in it. 4. No grind. Some other reviewers say that there are grindy quests where you have to fetch items to unlock scenes with girls. That is not true. I have not seen any repeatable quests. 5. Gallery. I saw another poster mention it needs a gallery. I think the author added a gallery last release. It is in there now. I think maybe putting it in the menu rather than in the castle might be better, but there is a gallery. 6. Small games. The game is pretty standard JRPG in the first bit, but in the last release they add small games to help different girls. I was thinking whether to be 4 or 5 before, but after playing the new release, it is a 5. Maybe the author could add some more of these small games to early in the game. 7. Harem! I love harem games and this harem is no exception. Different character with different personalities. I wish I could collect them all already! I will be coming back until I get the innkeeper girl. I’ll show her the best way to use that mouth! Bad. 1. I think the sprites don’t always match the character. 2. Map. I would like a map for traveling. 3. Maybe the beginning is a little slow. It seems the author is getting better at the game making since it is get more fun the further along you play. 4. Too short! Just kidding, its not a problem but I hope the author keeps working. I want to see more. This game is a JRPG so it may not be everyone’s style but it does a good job having a story, frequent sex scenes and more things to do than just story and combat. And it gets much better after the first hour or so.
Game review in update 0.7. Played on Android on Joiplay. positive points 1= good character designs and H scenes, it seems made in Ai but it is not and drawn digitally with a very comics style. 2= lThe last version I played was version 0.4. It had various crash and framelag issues, but I have to say that there have been huge steps forward on this point in version 0.7. 0 crashes and framelag are only present if you activate the logquest, keeping it disabled does not lag. I only found a bug in a city where exiting as soon as you spawned on the other side took you back, but I solved it with the cheat that allows you to pass through walls. negative sides 1= If you're not careful during dialogues, you might get lost on the map, because the quest log doesn't explicitly tell you where to go for some things. (This isn't a real negative, but it can be frustrating to wander around randomly, so my advice is to always visit every town and talk to every NPC, which is how I managed to finish the game.) 2= The map, as previously mentioned, can be frustrating, as in some parts it is unnecessarily labyrinthine, for example, when trying to get to your castle after unlocking it . ---------‐------------ For now, since it's not finished yet, this is all I can say. Besides, it's my first review. However, the game has good potential, so give it a chance. And Buon Goon
Honest 4+ stars. I replayed from the very beginning v0.6 to have a sense of the entire gameplay until the last update. I don't really understand the low ratings and complaints seen here. The game has a very interesting story and feels very unique and like an actual game. I don't remember playing any other H game on which there's a focus on trade, resources, banking and with the premise of attracting settlers to build a city. Good dialogues, well written, not broken. Pros: Very beautiful art, and it's clearly not AI (trolls keep insisting and derailing the thread, but the scenes are clearly not the generic AI you can find anywhere). Nice animations, and the story as I said. The combat feels balanced and the player has the ability to flee combat if tired. However, there's a reward if the player decides to fight (this is new compared to earlier releases). Cons: I have to agree with other players that maps are huge and there's A LOT of walking to be done. It's realistic in a way that in a medieval fantasy, you need to go from town to town doing stuff and need to walk around, but definitely I recommend some sort of map feature that can make travel faster (either teleport directly to other towns once visited for the first time, or by using the RPGM feature of having a smaller scale map to do the long travel, having thumbnails of the different towns and places of interest). Also some sort of intro or prologue is needed for new player to understand the background, who is the main character, etc. Players are thrown at the actual game without knowing anything of what's going on. Also in my opinion all girls are too busty (not in the beginning but they become so), even these with huge boobs already want them bigger!! I'd love more variety of body types. Once the cons are polished, for me it will be a 5 star game
You play as Finn (can not be changed). a blue eyed blonde guy who has no magic. Right off the bat you get to do exciting things such as getting lost in oversized maps that have zero directions. Walking simulator. doing boring awful RPGM combat. searching for sheep. etc. Honestly the game is frankly awful. girls look hot but the juice aint worth the squeeze.
Was curious to see what this game was doing outside of my " exclude games with AI CG tag " filter. The screenshot certainly seemed like it was AI , and I would hope the moderators wouldn't deceive us with an improperly tagged game. So benefit of the doubt was given . Besides I'm a sucker for MILFY character design . Not much quality gameplay to expect from an RPGM using AI-Like style art . You're typical fetch quest to go to point A to point B to gain favor with the girl to unlock more H-scenes with said girl. There is this annoyingly large map to traverse. Random encounters with monsters gives no rewards . Couple that with the game being in it's infant stages, where crashes and bugs are common . It's just a recipe for unfun. Certain events/dialogue can be done out of place in the story. A character can be both dead and alive in the story. Go to meet a character for the first time, but said character talks to MC as if they already know him. Whether this is a scripting issue or a general dialogue issue is to be determined. No stop-motion style animation for H-scene. Just still image H-scenes . Comparing this game to Karryn's Prison and Zombie's Retreat . They set the gold standard for RPGM games . The dev should really look into what makes these game stand out. I only like this game for looks of the female characters . The gameplay is cookie cutter and uninspiring to say the least. I marked this thread as "to watch" . Game needs LOTS and LOTS of time to cook , especially with the planned additions to the game. But who knows if it'll appear in my feed, whether or not it'll be given the " AI-CG " tag.
This game masterfully wastes your time through a trifecta of poor design: endless repetitive tasks, relentless random encounters, and sprawling, hollow maps that exist only to prolong the grind. It's astounding that such a regressive, time-disrespecting formula could surface in 2025. The ultimate insult, however, is its crippling instability. After enduring hours of this monotonous slog, the game frequently crashes without warning. The true devastation unfolds if you haven't manually saved—your progress over the past one to two hours is instantly vaporized. This one-two punch of archaic design and fundamental technical failure doesn't just frustrate; it completely invalidates your effort and commitment. It transforms a potential pastime into a punishing test of patience, where you're left fighting the game's own broken systems more than any in-game foe. This isn't just a bad game; it's a glaring example of how to disrespect a player's time and trust in the modern era.
This game has potential, but there are a lot of issues that need working out or improvement before this game is ready for release. I literally couldn't make it past the third quest before I ran into what I'm pretty sure was a softlock. The biggest issue, IMHO, is the scripting of contingent event triggers. There are a lot of things to talk about re gameplay, narrative, characters, blah blah blah, but the scripting is what causes the most actual trouble. Some people are complaining about too many rails, but frankly the game needs more rails at this stage. Some major examples: In Branston, if you enter the library at any point before x, Allison appears behind you and starts talking about figuring out your magic. This triggers an out-of-sequence event where Harold gives instructions to go on a sales trip before the official "first encounter" outside the player's house, and a complete skip of the sheep rescue mini-quest. Edgar the Horse is somehow both dead and alive; characters will talk to the player about buying a new horse at the same time as other characters tell the player to collect Edgar. In Trousby mayor's house, one character keeps repeating how you're new here and should meet Savannah, but first talking to Savannah indicates she already knows you. Other minor sequence breaks. I think this game could be pretty fun, but I think the devs should work on cleaning up what's already there and building a roadmap before adding new content. Looking forward to seeing where this goes in the future.
This game has a good start. The art is excellent which is frankly the most important aspect of a porn game. I guess this is the fourth release and there are several animations which is pretty rare is a comic art style game. The game is pretty clear about what you need to do to progress. It is a little on rails, but the story is entertaining enough. The characters seem to have actual personalities. I hope the game gets a little more open. Also, it NEEDS a gallery added. Most games don't have them and all of them need one. But overall it’s a 5 and hopefully gets better.
I've played through version 1.3 completely, and the game is terrible. But let's take it step by step. Pros: 1. The art and characters look pretty good. Disadvantages: 1. Combat system - defeating monsters gives you nothing. This makes any combat mission incredibly boring. Even defeating bosses does not bring any reward. 2. There are no merchants in the game. They exist in the storyline, but you can't buy anything from them. No new equipment, not even potions. For example, you have to lose one of the battles, but I didn't know that and fought to the last. As a result, I used up all my health potions, and there was nowhere to get new ones. 3. Economy. The economy in the game is completely broken. For example, before returning to my hometown, I had to buy some alcohol. I had 125 coins left. As it turned out, the alcohol cost 175 coins. The game didn't react to this in any way and just took 125 coins from me. 4. The task log is practically useless. It doesn't update. Even if you complete all the current tasks, they remain the same and are not replaced by the next goal. Moreover, the description of the tasks themselves gives you incredibly little information. 5. The game is incredibly boring. Nothing interesting happens in the current version. You just walk from city to city trading goods, periodically participating in very boring clashes with monsters. Your character does not develop in any way, he practically does not grow in levels, and does not gain new abilities. You cannot upgrade their equipment or strengthen them in any way. Quests do not provide any rewards. Even the plot is boring and monotonous.
Updated (November 21, 2025): The developer has fixed several of the old issue, like where entering a village would instantly force time to jump to night. Now, the time shift only happens after traveling a certain number of screens, which usually means each new visit to a city. This is a big improvement across all villages , though it can still trigger if you travel too far away and then return, which makes it a little annoying. Combat has also seen a small improvement with occasional potion drops. However, there are still no usable resources for selling. I believe in Chapter 2, one could tan the alligator hides and then sell them, but after that chapter you can no longer tan the hides to be sold, which makes the few you get from alligator fights useless. The developer has also added a few new skills, but they are underwhelming. The most usable skill was implemented incorrectly: the double attack hits random targets, which is both unrealistic and frustrating. One isn't going to swing wildly and hit two different targets in battle. Having done dog fights myself, as a white belt meaning I was untrained, I know you can focus enough in battle to be able to hit and win against multiple opponents without randomly hitting targets, so this mechanic feels poorly thought out. The visuals continue to be excellent and remain the strongest part of the game. Overall, quest progression feels smoother, and the game is more stable than before, but combat and resource systems still lack depth and consistency. There is also still a lot of work needed in the logic/quest system, which the developer has admitted is buggy and difficult to manage. On top of that, the way information is communicated to the player could use improvement, as clarity and guidance are just as important as fixing the mechanics. The game has improved since launch, especially in quest logic and stability. While potion drops and new skills add small touches, the lack of meaningful resources, flawed skill design, and buggy quest logic keep combat and progression from feeling worthwhile. The visuals are polished and the foundation is strong — with more thoughtful design and clearer communication, this could grow into something more. Spoiler: Original Review (for context) So far, the story is of average quality and originality, giving the game three stars in total, one star for the storyline. There are some huge issues with the logic of quests. I went to the farthest village first and did all the tasks for that village, before going to the closer village first and it locked the game from progressing, even though the tasks where done. This is due to not setting variables on tasks and checking the variables to see if the quest is done. The dev also does dumb stuff like every time you enter the farthest village it always jumps the time to night, so you have to sleep in the inn in order to be able to talk to any of the people you need for the quests. For unthought out logic I give it minus one star. But overall, the story is average and most of the battles are a waste of time since you don't get XP from them you can just escape. There is however a battle you can't win at the dance, so you needn't waste your HP potions on the fight. This gives it a minus one star, for wasting a bunch of the player's time. If you are going to have battles in the game, they should be meaningful and allow you to get USABLE resources. The quality of the images is nice and are probably the only real redeeming point of the game so far. But the game has lots of potential. Image quality, I gave two stars.
