ETO is an adult RPG sandbox by OneHandGames, built in Godot with 2D AI-generated animated character art. You play a young aspiring college student beginning her journey in a world of love, lust, and degeneracy. The game offers realistic sandbox systems, a highly customizable avatar, dynamic relationship mechanics, and choices that let her grow decent or fall lower, with humor, character creation, and sandbox play among its themes.
The game is in public development with v0.17 Public, released October 9, 2026 for Windows and Linux. It is uncensored and available in English and Russian, with AI translations into French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. The latest update added two reworked voiced scenes, two story questlines, two mini-games, animated comic inserts, fully voiced dialogue, sprite fixes, new cursors, and bug fixes.

The game is based on the QSP game "Это" made by DeGross, unlike original game this one offers a lot of quality of life changes, AI made consistent art, and new content (as well as new setting). All of this is for the player to truly enjoy the game without being overwhelmed by excessive menus and stat sheets.
