Femdemic is a Unity idle clicker from Rel, shown with 2D CG visuals. You lead an alien bacterial species that changes male hosts into women single cell by single cell, while politicians close in against a dystopian backdrop. The game mixes point-and-click management with puzzle-like decisions across two story routes. One route is a wholesome trans-affirming path about helping each woman receive the body she needs and raising self-love. The other is a kink-oriented route where infection spreads through mating, Earth-born women are immune, and transformed men become new female hosts.
The current build is v1.1.0, released on August 4, 2023. Development continues with this latest build. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The update notes say the version adds numerous new features and gameplay improvements.

Your alien bacterial race spreads to new hosts through sex, but there’s a catch - All natural-born Earth women are immune. The solution: Transform infected males into new females!
