PROS: - See my opinions section for details. LI models look visually pretty good, proportions are realistic and they are naturally attractive. Writing is structured and reads well. The flow, description of scenes and their little details are nicely presented. (tastefully) Dialogue is natural and not bloated or long winded. Story is very simple, maybe a bit too much so, but believable. Music seems to be the only sound, but its also very "dramatic" bit much... Characters have a decent personalities which make interactions unique and interesting. Some sexual content, which is not bad. CONS: - See my opinions section for details. MC is not an oil painting, sure he is not a troll but lacks any sense of masculinity. UX/UI, The Unity engine is not really one I like due to it not being exactly novel friendly like Renpy is. Spacebar doesn't work to skip, and basic settings you take for granted are not there like opacity setting, pressing H to hide the dialogue box etc.... Visuals are not bad, though textures/renders do feel/look washed out, sometimes dull and lighting is also too intense. Zoomed in renders pixelate and look bad. Flat shading where it should be textured to provide depth like the Elena's nipples look like something from Minecraft. Lack of any sounds apart from the music is disappointing. Choices and impact are open ended, in that you don't know if there is any significant effect with your choice i.e. do you get favour with the LI or not if you pick one or the other choice. There is no what to track this in stats or progression. Need for walkthrough is critical Per point on choices, why the AVN has choices that can lead to game over is kinda beyond me, its not very interesting to play that way and only serves to need to reload or roll back to pick the "correct" option... Some technical bugs, at least one I noticed was sometimes with a scene transition the main menu splash screen shows up, before it goes back to the correct slide for the scene. Think this is a loading screen really, which again fuels my argument why I don't like Unity for VNs. Internal dialogue and narrative are confusing, best to either label these or stick to one i.e. MC thoughts. Some design flaws I with house, but nothing major, more observation. Some dialogue choices I find questionable like saying someone hands are warm, soft and calloused, do not make sense, either warm and calloused or soft and warm but not all 3 as thats contradictory. OPINIONS, SUGGESTIONS & FINAL REMARKS : NOTE: The following remarks are my personal opinions and thoughts, which may provide more context and could be useful to the developer. (Read them or don't) The MCs look leaves much to be desired, he looks like a 16yo boy, looks very under developed and I find it very hard to see him as a man rather than a boy. It works though as the kind of "work" one would usually liken to those with more feminine deposition which he tends to lean towards (at least from the physical POV) This is a generalization and by no means to put any gender to shame, I believe each sex has its strong and weak points. As mentioned about Unity as a VN engine, apart from those issues mentioned, I also think, that modding and walkthroughs may be harder to make than if it were built using Renpy. The other thing is also keeping track of saves. I am use to just backing up my entire Renpy save folder, but with differentgame engines you will need to keep track of them as is the case here. The house has some strange dimensions, the house looks small from outside, huge inside, at least some places. Kitchen table is too big, stands the whole place full, how to get past and open the fridge door? The staircase leading up to second floor is actually huge, why that big?... Again these are nitpicks and nothing critical, mostly observations and inconsistencies that I notice. Speaking of another inconsistency, the MC closed the bathroom door "with a soft, nearly inaudible thump, the latch seats in the frame" and yet the door is still ajar in the scene, WTF? As with sexual content, the animations are a bit lack luster for me. Animations are the primary critique here as the AVN is just a demo so not much lewd are expected. TLDR: Not bad, but has inconsistencies in scenes and some annoying menu splash screen pop-ins. Visually its decent, but really not that good with low quality renders etc The game engine is less than desirable which affects the interface and playstyle/quality of life. Story is decent, but writing/dialogue can do with revision. Decent enough job, i look forward to seeing where this goes.

Damn, I must say i really do enjoy this one a lot. The graphic are absolutely stunning. The character models are very well made. The landlady is absolutely stunning in every aspect. I can say without a doubt that I'm looking forward to more. This is seriously amazing quality, congrats to the dev for this project and wishing the best for the future. Give this one a try, you won't regret it.

So far, it's excellent. About 30 minutes of content so far. Small cast of LIs (3), hopefully staying small, very attractive with very good expressive models. The daughter of one of the women is young but not ridiculously so, her and MC seem similar age, the other two are milf-esk. Personalities are very kind/teasing/flirty. MC himself is fine for the most part. He's your classic white knight that stutters when he's shy and blushes, but very quickly becomes confident in the right circumstances. Story has a bit of drama already, not my thing, it's the typical "woman gets attacked by bad guys, MC comes to the rescue (sort of)". I hope they don't dangle the threat of violence against the women constantly throughout the story, not a fan of that kind of thing. Dialogue feels realistic for the most part, the conversations aren't overly long, and although the MC has some internal dialogue, it's not too annoying. Choices are basically non existent for now, that might change. Great start, will be watching this with interest. From the intro, it seems like it will be a fairly typical love/harem-ish VN.
