GOREGASM is an intense retro-style wave & rounds shooter that blends brutal action, grotesque horror, and NSFW elements into one depraved experience. You enter the Temple, where endless waves of abominations await. Every run becomes faster, bloodier, and more unforgiving. As you fight, you’ll unlock skills, abilities, and upgrades that change the way you play, helping you endure the hellish storm of enemies. Spoiler Core Features: • Wave / Rounds Shooter — survive against relentless hordes of enemies, each wave pushing you closer to madness. • Skills System — passive skill trees you can upgrade to grow stronger with every run. • Abilities — unlock and choose powerful abilities during battle, from devastating projectiles to chaotic magical effects. • Upgrade the Temple — expand your neutral hub location, unlocking fresh content and secrets. • NSFW Scene — seductive horror scene included (more to come in future updates). • Bloody Retro Style — pixel-inspired gore, twisted enemies, and seductive horror atmosphere. • JOI — simple JOI system with Jane. ⚠ Warning: Contains flashing lights, gore, sexual content, and disturbing imagery. If you are sensitive to these themes (especially photosensitivity), proceed with caution.

v0.6 05.01.2026 Release What’s new: Added pop-up tutorials for new players: • Movement tutorial • Temple (hub overview) • Fight tutorial The game should now feel more clear and welcoming at the start. • Fixed the cheats system. • Fixed various minor bugs and issues based on player feedback. 04.26.2026 Beta Build The Beta build for 0.6 is here and brings more polish to the finisher system. What’s new: • Added new visual effects during finishers — including focus effects, glitches, and dynamic zoom to make scenes feel more intense and cinematic. • Fixed a bug where monsters that spawned during a finisher could walk up to the player and play attack animations. Now enemies fully ignore the player during finishers and new monsters no longer spawn during the finisher to avoid logic issues while the scene is playing. • After a finisher, you now have 1 second of damage immunity to prevent unfair hits. • Monster textures have been improved — pixelation has been removed and some colors were reworked for a better overall look. • Fixed player camera tilt issues — the camera will no longer clip or sink into textures. 04.19.2026 Alpha Build Monster Finishers System Each default monster now has 2 finisher scenes during waves. This is something many of you have been asking about for a long time. Originally, this system wasn’t planned early in development because the focus was on Temple characters — which meant a lot of core functionality had to be reworked to make this possible. Now when a monster is stunned , you can press the finisher key (default F ) and a scene will play in the same location with the same monster . This mechanic took a lot of time to implement technically, but it allows finishers to feel much more brutal and integrated into gameplay. I really hope you’ll enjoy this addition. Jane Wardrobe Update Added a breast size slider for Jane inside the Wardrobe system. You can now adjust her body proportions to your personal preference. New Outfit A new Maid outfit has been added for Jane in the Temple. The Temple is very dirty… someone has to clean it. The Bridge — Level Rework The Bridge level has been visually reworked. The environment now feels more polished, atmospheric and closer to the aesthetic I originally wanted. Minor Fixes Various small bugs and issues reported by players have been fixed. Thank you for your support v0.5 03/20/2026 Release Build Version 0.5 is now officially released. What’s new: Added a new UI panel in the main menu Fixed various minor bugs and issues Added an alternative reverse NSFW scene for Cowgirl (Intimate LVL 5) 03/07/2026 Beta Build Game Settings Improvements: Minor fixes in various game settings Upscaling methods are now selected only through their dedicated settings panels such as DLSS Settings, FSR Settings, etc. The previous universal upscaling slider has been removed due to instability, bugs, and crashes A warning message now appears if incompatible settings are selected, for example DLSS together with DLAA anti-aliasing Crash Recovery Tool (New): A small C++ utility tool is now included directly in the game folder (GoregasmFatalFix.exe). It helps automatically fix common Fatal Error launch issues Video Settings Fatal Error Fix The tool removes saved video settings, restores defaults, and prevents manual file searching on disk Shader Compilation Fatal Error Fix The tool removes shader cache, forces recompilation, and avoids manual deletion of shader files Main Menu Update: Updated main menu visuals with a new look 03/02/2026 Alpha Build update 1 3 Camera Modes: Cinematic Mode Default animated camera with loop-based predefined movement. Used in NSFW scenes and intended for passive viewing Interactive Mode Camera has a fixed center point. Movement via WASD, always focused on the scene. Includes adjustable zoom and camera height Free Mode Fully free camera with WASD movement and mouse rotation. Movement is limited by scene boundaries NSFW Scene Light Toggle: Added brightness toggle during NSFW scenes Improves visibility without altering base atmosphere Why This Approach: Gives players control over camera Works across all future scenes Improves replay value Designed as a long-term system instead of a temporary solution 02/24/2026 Alpha Build This version focuses on restructuring the world, reworking Jane, and improving core systems and stability New Dimension & Rooms: Added Hub Dimension with central hall Three rooms: Jane’s Room (active), Demon’s Room (planned), Witch’s Room (planned) Each room will lead to separate dimensions with unique mechanics Jane Rework – Core Focus: Relationship system based on short quests Intimacy levels unlock dialogues, lore, and NSFW scenes Dialogues evolve with progression Full voiceover for all Jane dialogues Quests: Find all Jane Memories Save Jane Follow Jane Short quests (1–3 minutes) integrated into gameplay Reward intimacy points and progression JOI System (Simplified): Located in Jane’s Room Simplified support mechanic, not core gameplay Includes beat system, animation variations, dialogue box, and session duration setting Designed for future expansion Skill Points Exchange Rework: Instant exchange Removed forced replay of NSFW scenes Wardrobe System (Early Framework): Allows equipping and removing parts of Jane’s outfit Minimal implementation designed for scalability Graphics & Settings Improvements: Smooth textures enabled PSX shader disabled by default Added DX11 and DX12 selection (default DX11) Active DirectX version displayed in-game Some settings now require restart with warning popup DLAA added, requires community testing In-Game Bug Report System: Available in menu, gameplay, and combat Supports reporting bugs, issues, suggestions, and feedback Includes title, type, description, screenshot, and logs Reports are sent directly to a private Discord channel Patron Integration: Patron names displayed in-game Online-updated list without requiring new builds Dynamic integration for supporters Community & Infrastructure: Updated Discord invite system New invites embedded in future builds Older builds cannot update links Future projects will support dynamic links Cheat / Debug System: Accessible via F3 Allows adding shards, souls, intimacy level, health, and EXP Designed for testing and debugging v0.4 #fixed critical bug 12/26/25 I didn’t expect version 0.4 to grow into something this large, but step by step it turned into a major update that changes a lot of core systems in the game. This update focuses on new gameplay layers , cleaner structure , and preparing the project for future expansions . Below is a full breakdown of what’s new. Boss Fight System (New) A separate boss arena has been added — a place where you’ll fight not only for survival, but for something new. -Boss fights now take place in a dedicated arena -The boss has two combat phases -Phase 2 is faster, more aggressive -New abilities unlock -Visual appearance changes during the fight -Defeating the boss rewards you with a new currency: Soul New Boss Location A brand-new location created specifically for the boss fight. -Open space -Stars and distant planets -Isolated and ritualistic atmosphere New Temple Room A new room has been added to the Temple -The Witch awaits you there -A portal leads directly to the boss arena Artifact System (New) A completely new gameplay system. -Artifacts can be purchased from the Witch -They cost the new currency: Soul -You can equip only one artifact at a time -Artifacts are visually displayed on the player’s hands -Some have their own physics -Each artifact provides a small bonus: -Damage -Speed -Health (Different artifacts focus on different aspects) New Monster (Replacing Mini-Bosses) -A new enemy type has been added to locations instead of the old mini-boss -Features additional physics -Designed to feel clearly different from existing enemies -More presence, more character, less “copy-paste” Enemy Rework (Major) Enemies were fully reworked internally . -Improved logic and behavior -Cleaner and lighter code structure -Easier to expand and balance in future updates New features for enemies: -New health bar -Visual indicator when a Finisher can be executed Because of this deep rework, some bugs may appear. Hopefully nothing critical — but this is part of rebuilding core systems properly. Finisher System (Reworked) Finishers are no longer just a dash with a punch. -Now uses a cinematic camera -You see both: -The main character -The enemy being finished - Currently only one animation , more will come later Important note: This system is new and technically complex for me . I really hope it won’t introduce serious bugs — but if something feels off, your feedback will help a lot. UI Redesign The game interface has been fully reworked. -New visual elements -Cleaner, more intuitive layout -Additional UI animations DLC Menu (New) A new DLCs button has been added to the main menu. -Seasonal DLCs -Only one can be active at a time - Expansions (WIP) -Future DLCs with new gameplay mechanics, characters, etc. Codex (New Object) A new object called Codex has been added to the Temple. -Shows control information (if you didn’t change it manually) -Stores lore and data about: -Characters -Locations -Monsters Fixes & Balance -Currency system adjusted to reduce grind Example: 1 Skill Point → 10 Shards 2 Skill Points → 20 Shards -UI issues where buttons were hard or impossible to click — fixed -Monster damage made more stable and consistent -Many other small fixes and improvements DLC - Halloween DLC (0.4+ver) Adds seasonal decorations, themed props, and subtle atmosphere changes across existing locations. Important: -From version 0.4, this DLC must be reinstalled -Updated UI support -Integrated with the new DLC menu This DLC is optional and can be enabled or disabled in-game.

The game is a good, fast-paced, and littel brutal shooter. We have skill sets, additional effects to unlock (after expanding the temple), and additional challenges in the form of bosses. The pixelated graphics can be a drawback, but with a large number of enemies and a desire for dynamic gameplay, such a step is completely understandable. It's just a shame that the H-scenes also suffer from pixel blur. And the H-scenes themselves, there are only two that can be rated as average. This shortcoming is also understandable, as the developer lives in Ukraine, where power outages are common in winter. And the electricity isn't turned on at regular hours. Therefore, focusing on the gameplay first and then the H-scenes is acceptable. As for the difficulty, it's not difficult, and after playing for a while, it's easy to get 30 kills in a row. This means listening to certain specific sounds that have a stimulating effect on any man, haha. It's a shame that the maximum moaning level for earning kill streaks caps at 35, when I reached a record high of 143 kills. Out of curiosity, I'd listen and repeat the 100-kill streak to see if there's any additional sound effect. As for the witch challenges, I practically didn't take them. There are 10 waves, and the added difficulty of trying to earn more crystals isn't worth trying to get 20 more for a quest. Especially since once you level up your character and reach the final level, you can easily earn 300 crystals in a single match. The game is more about replaying levels and grinding, but the current version can be finished in two hours. The question is, is it worth it if you're here for the H-scenes? No, it's not. If you're here to let off steam, pound deformed demons, and listen to their orgasmic moans while you build streaks, then yes, it's worth it. The game has potential; I'd personally like to see more NPCs in cages or other demonic embraces while you fight off hordes of demons. It also lacks a story. Overall, it has potential, but it's limited by the developer's circumstances. It's fine for fun and releasing negative emotions, but it lacks the H-content.

Compared to most of the unreal game who either consist of only public assets or easily got abandoned. This is a promising one. The art is good and the gameplay is quite interesting. It reminds me of Sins Spire, but a doom-like one. Minor glitches and bugs exists but are being fixed, thanks to that dev are actually listening. Way better than Tlou2.

There isn't much to do at the moment.. but I've really enjoyed the game so far ! I would love to see "things" happen to the enemy you defeat lol.. Anyway, I love survival games, and we've had a lot of vampire-like ones.. but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen games like this one, except for Sin Spire, even tho it's a different genre. GL dev~

Great game, would rate it a lot higher if there was more sexual content than masturbation and a blowjob. If you're the type of person who love doom style games with the added reward of sexual content then you'll love this. Graphics are styleistic but im not a fan of the MC design but thats just me. This is early days so theres not much to do besides levelling up your character and scenes are incomplete so take that as you will. im looking forward to more content in the future.
