Hard Choice is a visual novel about returning home after years away and trying to start over. Back in your hometown, you reconnect with people from your past and meet new ones, while your brother’s problems slowly begin to become your own. Every woman you meet has her own personality, past, and secrets waiting to be discovered. Each one has something to reveal. Your choices shape the relationships you build with the women around you, changing how they see you and how close they let you get.

It includes over 3,800 dialogue blocks, more than 21,000 words of dialogue, 68 choice menus, 7 phone chat scenes, and 56 gallery videos. The character screen currently features 5 visible main profiles, with 1 more to unlock, as well as 4 visible side story profiles, with 2 more to unlock. The UI is about 90% complete, with only small future expansions still possible. The game also already includes a photo and video gallery, a journal system, a camera feature, music, and sound effects. Players who replay choices and explore alternate variants can expect the total playtime to go higher. Week 1 Demo (v0.1) - Initial Contains complete Week 1 story content. No music/sfx, placeholder UI, no animations — full audiovisual update planned for the full build. More tags will be added with the full Week 1 release.
