Higher Education is a Ren'Py dating sim by Acton Belle, rendered with 2D CG artwork. You play Sam, a nineteen-year-old who has never left home and is stepping into college life with her best friend. The story follows her as she meets new people, grows more independent, and makes choices that shape her relationships. Its themes include school setting, romance, and teasing.
The current build is v0.01.3, released July 17, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, with no censorship. The latest update expands The Nest, introduces a fresh love interest, includes homework help, and presents choices about tutoring David and speaking with Pat. It adds a scene with Gina, offering five branches and thirteen CGs, plus a new visual toggle for Sam and clearer journal entries.

Sam is a 19-year-old, inexperienced, a bit naive, and some may even say conceited girl, ready to take on the world. The story starts when she leaves her home for the first time, moving away to college with her best friend. Follow her on her quest to spread her wings, meet many new people, and help decide her fate.

The new scene with Gina features 5 possible branches and 13 CGs in total. There's also a new visual toggle to enable Sam to have pubic hair. The journal has been updated a bit to make things clearer.

In this release, I'm introducing another portion of the main love interests and trying to build them up a bit. The new scene with Brian is near the end. You need to agree to study with him after school (and refuse Liz) to get it. It has five possible branches with 12 CGs in total, of which one is animated.
Playing from the end of the old release to the end of this one should take about 15 minutes.
