About Homecoming
Homecoming is a Ren'Py visual novel by AneAney, with AI-generated CG artwork. It is set in the 325th year of the Cosmic Era, after three jumps beyond the Sobieski starzone. You play as male protagonist Kai Amuro aboard the Directorate courier ship ASV Peregrine, which answers a garbled distress signal from Bright Amuro, an officer on the Alliance flagship FSS Isis. The story borrows characters and the wider world from Tjord's The Fall, placing events after Bright's final transmission and before the Isis arrives at port. The Peregrine also carries Kai's wife Liliana, a cryptolinguist; his sister Jenny, a pilot; and bodyguard Gemma Varyn, while Captain Serena Kirke and liaison Dario Dalisso encourage a longer stay.
The current build is v1.0, released on October 10, 2026. Development is ongoing, and this is a released version rather than a demo. It runs on Windows and Linux, is in English, and is uncensored. The game presents adult themes including science fiction, corruption, and female domination.
