Overall: Kinky Dungeon is a roguelike turn based game, your objective is going lower and lower until the end. Something similar to D&D The good part: - Similar to D&D - It's rare to find a porn game with a similar gameplay The meh part: - No sexual content - Full yuri - NPC behavios are kinda limitated The complain part. After playing for a while, I feel like this game is missing something. Don’t get me wrong — it’s a pretty good game. But I think the issue lies in the core design. Despite being a roguelite, there’s surprisingly little randomness involved. This makes the gameplay feel repetitive over time. One of the main issues is the amount of control the player has. Being able to build the exact same setup every run removes a lot of the unpredictability and excitement that makes roguelites fun. Sometimes, having to choose between 5 options is more engaging than being able to pick from 50. Too much freedom can actually reduce replayability.

I didn't like the game at all. The game focuses on one fetish, the bandage, and that's ok. it even seems to have its own mechanics made for it, but it works completely illogically: the player enters the game for the sake of bondage, you can get it by LOSING battles, the more you LOSE , the more different accessories the character has that make him WEAKER. In my opinion, when working on an erotic game, all the seductive things should HELP the game and make it stronger.

Kinky Dungeon is just maybe the best H-game ever made. ..If you're a lesbian and really, really love BDSM, that is. The game is a top down RPG/roguelite. You explore randomly generated dungeon floors, with a variety of (all female) enemies nearly all capable of stripping you and applying bondage to your player. Whether that be ropes, belts, latex, rubber, encasing slime, vines, metal, toys.. You get the idea; the game has quite a variety of ways you can be restrained. The way the game plays, things only progress once you act. Enemies attacks and movements are telegraphed, and you have to position yourself to dodge and attack back. Now, a lot of H-games struggle with tying together the NSFW content and the actual gameplay. Some games will force you to lose to see it, but not actually be hard enough where you'll really ever organically lose. With that said, I have never seen any game pull it off as well as this one. The bondage system of the game is a genuinely unique system that I haven't seen in any other game-- and I don't even just mean H-games. I mean games in general. The NSFW content of the game isn't just a bonus. It's literally the core mechanic. And it certainly helps that this game is absolutely not a stroll through the park, meaning you can pretty organically lose without throwing yourself at enemies pretending you're losing. And you don't always have to be the victim, either. You can actually tie up and capture enemies, and I've heard that there is an area you can access later in a run that functions as your own prison for the enemies you've taken captive. You can also customize a lot of the difficulty to your liking-- or remove/lessen some of the kinks you aren't as interested in. Difficulty settings combined with a perks system (that includes negative and positive perks) means you can seriously customize the game to your preferred experience. Personally, I like to ramp up the difficulty to a reasonable degree. One of the debatably best parts of the actual NSFW content of the game is that.. You can't actually lose. That might sound confusing at first; but the game will never, ever say "You lost! Try again." The lose condition is when you are wrapped in so many layers of bondage, being kept as one of the in-game factions pets, that there is literally no chance of escape. You only lose when you, the player, give in, accept your helplessness, and start a new run. That said, something I also love is that a genuine softlock doesn't actually happen that often. There's almost always a way to escape your captors and continue your run. Sometimes that means submitting to your captors so they go easy on you, and sometimes that means hiding in a corner using lockpicks on your layers of binds, hoping to god the sound of you picking locks and moaning as restraints rub up against you doesn't attract unwanted attention. And as a beautiful cherry ontop, there is a pretty extensive character customization system. Maybe its not the best character customization system ever, but it certainly is the best character customization I've seen in any H-game I've played. You can honestly get quite creative with it, once you learn its ins and outs. Nothing beats character customization when it comes to immersing yourself in the game. The game is also still in development, and more customization options do get added from time to time. Now, I will say, I cant truly say the game is perfect in every way. The menus can be obtuse, and the game can feel janky at times.. But I can forgive these things, considering the game is still in active development. If I was forced to pick one true complaint, it's that this games learning curve is insanely steep. This game is packed full of such an insane amount of content, and I don't even just mean the bondage. There's classes, spell trees and skill trees, goddesses, faction relations, NPC relations.. I could not go over everything this game has in this review. There's so much to keep bringing you back, and I keep learning new things about this game the more I play. It's a genuinely fun experience even if you aren't playing with a hand in your pants. ..Oh, yeah, it does help that the game is entirely playable with one hand. But, really. Despite saying that the learning curve is a complaint, I honestly love it, and love how I feel like the skill ceiling and the 'knowledge ceiling' is infinitely high. If you enjoy that kind of complexity in your games (and you like bondage,) your new favorite game is about to be a lesbian BDSM H-game. Give the developer some love-- and by that I mean money. She seriously deserves it. ..Oh, and if you're a little bummed out by the fact theres technically not any overt sexual content besides a few vibrators.. You will be pleased to know this game has full modding support, and a growing collection of mods you can find in the games official Discord. 11/10.

This is the greatest kinky RPG of All Time, this game really change the directory of my life. The RPG aspect of this game really put me into the wringer, it was very hard for me I was never a brainy guy. It is a slugfest playing this game on account of only having one of my hand available. This game is pretty deep in my opinion, excluding all of the sexy stuff, combat is more akin to a game of chess more than anything else. What do I think about the sexy stuff? It's pretty good, the sprites look really nice and seshy, making for a very nice hamming session. Lots of bondage which I really like, and the game give me a lot of kinky options for me to choose. But if there is one complaint I would make, the lack of vagina is regrettable, it look really weird when I run around butt ass naked. The game also feature friendship, which I adore. It's nice to go around and rescue everyone, make me feel like I'm a superhero. Having a cool girl squad is also nice, and you can even dress them up too. Performance wise, I won't recommend running it in the background, it's pretty taxing, at least for me. There's also a weird bug where if I were to run the game in the background and not touching it for a while, it'll just delete all of my bondage apparatus, I hope they fix it soon. Overall, 10/10 game, I coomed a lot.

Kinky Dungeon is a rogue-like dungeon crawler where your goal is to make your way to the very bottom level. In your path are various factions and bosses that have taken residence in the dungeon, and they all use different systems of bondage and attacks to get you to their prisons. The Cult of Baast and the Nevermore cult both specialize in pet bondage, Baast for cat-play and Nevermore for Dog-play. The bandits are just run of the mill ropers, the witches are specialized in magical properties along with elementals. Then you have the maid force, the slimes, latex. The list is impressively large. Balancing your relations is a tug of war between grabbing power vs being friendly with the group you might be stealing from. Each floor is 'owned' by a specific faction, and some of the chests will denote this. This includes the shrines; Taking the potion from the Shrine, summoning help, and failing their quests will deduct points from your status with that particular god. While donations and completing quests aides your relations. The better your relationship with a group is the safer a 'owned' floor by them is, to the point where they will flat out stop attacking you and even offer to follow you. Chests can have any number of items ranging from basically useless to game-changing, although the color of the chest does matter ranging from their base brown to silver and gold versions. Rewards from goddess quests are much better, but depending on the quest might be a little much for a fresh adventurer to do. Shadow chests are dangerous constantly if you aren't prepared. Finally the bosses. Holy hell what a bullet hell they can be. You'll find yourself in a room filled with 20-30 things you have to keep track of at a time. If you aren't properly prepared one wrong move will put you in a death spiral where you're bound so tightly you'd have to do some magic to get yourself out of the situation. So far I've only been able to beat one boss by cheesing her, but I do play on hard so experience may vary. You can customize your difficulty, the kinks, your character too in the first menu of the game. Truly this is a labor of passion for the genre, and passion for bondage as well. I rated this 4/5, but I would say it is 8.5/10. Once things click for you everything turns into a strange gameplay flow that you either get or get lost in. Understanding is essential, so the tutorial is lacking in that regard. The prisoner system for yourself is slightly obtuse, but I think its due to how many enemies you can capture at any time. My longest running character easily has over 50 girls sitting in her 'collection' that I don't really know what to do with. Either way. Great game! Try it out and be sure to read basically every ui element to figure out what the hell you are even looking at.

I want to love this game... In fact, I do love this game. I keep coming back to it, I'm on the discord, I actively follow the updates etc... But it's so damn confusing I can't rate it highly. I know what all the UI elements do, I can piece together what happened most of the time... Kind of. But the fact I have to mention that and it's iffy whether I can tell what's going on all the time speaks wonders. What this game needs to work on the most right now, as it's in Alpha, is transparency. The system is really intricate, incredibly so, but the tutorial (Which didn't exist when I first picked this up) is so general with its knowledge it might as well be telling someone who's asking for information on how to solve a Rubix cube "It's a puzzle" Seems like every time I am in the mood to play this again, I come in, make a new file, enjoy my time and then... I find myself captured in a bandit base with no idea how I got there. What defeated me? How did I get here? What do I do now? I don't know. I could just keep bashing my head into problems until I solve them but, like many people, I don't have that much time.

I don't get the hype for this game at all, the UI is so clunky and unapproachable the BDSM in here is barely worked on, the graphics are boring just an anime girl with different hair and clothes, there is nothing of substance to latch on to. And this game is still in early alpha. So I would wait a couple more years till it is at least out of the Alpha game state.

It's a highly customizable game with an interesting system - it's a case where the mechanics shine better than the actual pornography, and yet you can tell that the complex system of bondage is woven into the mechanics enough that the porn is inseparable from the mechanics. The game is mostly about bondage - you are an explorer, your goal is to get to the bottom of the dungeon. You have a host of abilities/spells that allow you to defeat enemies, and you can use this to capture enemies. They can do the same to you. It's an honest-to-god roguelike game. The leveling progression disincentivizes fighting, which is great - you power up by getting orbs, which give you more abilities and spells. There's also a few spots where you can power up your HP/MP/Will/Distraction, and so on and so forth. Moreover, there's varying factions/goddesses who may favor/disfavor you based on your actions. However, the unique element of this game is the complex system of bondage. Your enemies can tie you up with their various abilities/spells, and this can disable you in certain ways. There's a complex set of ways to struggle out of these things - even in combat - and if you're tired/horny you might just fail to get out of the bondage. In the worst case, you might get captured, have all your stuff taken, and be tied up in a very desperate situation. You can *also* capture enemies the same way with your own spells. The best part of this is that the eroticism is very tightly coupled with the game mechanics. The game is extremely boring without this twist, and this twist is very essentially about bondage - it can't really be replaced with any other mechanism realistically. Most importantly, without this the game becomes a very dull and bland roguelike: the eroticism isn't just a painted-on element, it's woven into the mechanics in a way that makes it truly essential to the core gameplay. It's a very well crafted game, and the removal of any part of it would make it noticeably worse. If it were not porn, one could imagine it being taught as a case study on what to do right in a video game.

All things considered: UI is horrible too much useless buttons on the screen, perk system sucks while you get to customize yourr character and run there is too much negative perks with major crippling effects and the positive ones are only small buffs, no animation of the enemies molesting you(where is the fun?). The only good thing about this game is that you can play with 1 hand.

Kinky Dunge - о - n Probably the best lewd game about bondage that I have ever played, the theme of bondage is fully revealed and is at the heart of both the game and the story The roguelike genre itself is very addictive due to its replayability, but only if the game is made well and Kinky Dungeon is one of such games. Pros + Bondage - The whole game is built around this mechanic in one way or another and it's great. + Lore/story - This is the first time I've seen a story where immortality is combined with slavery and bondage, although if you think about it, it's very truthful + Music - It's amazing and immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of the game, I especially liked the tracks Doll Storage and Ancient Tombs, they are simply the best + Character editor - Not a bad appearance editor, affects only the visual display of the character's doll + Combat , classes, skills, etc. - This is certainly not PoE, the dynamics of the game are much slower and more about exploration, but with each update it confidently moves towards a real RPG game with builds, the game has a lot of skills, spells and their combinations with each other or the environment near which they were used, I love this part of the game, but as in any RPG of course there will be problems with balance, where one skill / class is weaker than another or has no worthy use at all, but that's ok, we love games first of all for freedom and feedback from the game to our actions, and the balance can always be fixed + Factions and Relationships - All factions are different, both visually and in terms of gameplay, so far there aren't that many interactions and bonuses from good relations with them, but still it exists and is developing further Cons They exist, but they are not so significant that we should focus on them too much, as described above, there are problems with the balance of some classes and spells, for example, if a Warrior finds a tower shield and teaches all the passives for block, then he is practically invulnerable and can fight the entire map at the same time, maybe this was the plan, I don’t know, considering that at the end of the game (at the moment it is 20 floors) NPCs in the dungeon appear literally after 2 steps and it’s good if you have positive relations with most of them, otherwise you will have to fight the entire map and the further you go, the more tiring these battles become and they happen automatically. Honestly one of my favorite games on F95. The combat is interesting and intuitive, the music goes hard, and the animations are great. I hope that the ability to apply bondage to other characters is improved and has more functionality in the future, but overall, great game.

As analyst with ten years of experience in diving headfirst into weirdest projects, I am VERY impressed by the effort the developer put into this game. Given that it verified some ideas which I had in mind but didn't had time to fully analyze (not mentioning prototyping), $10 were spent not entirely in vain. As a mere player, however, I'm not quite as impressed. First and foremost, don't let version number fool you. "Version 5.2.24" sounds huge. But, as a matter of fact, it's still Alpha version, somewhere 30% towards appropriate Beta (notably, half of the environments, quarter of planned bosses at best). Given that development started in 2021 (or earlier - we know only what the developer said on project page), we can hope for some remotely full project somewhere in next decade. . . As it's technically a porn game, there are some saucy content - but all of it require either very specific interests (I mean, VERY specific, which are not even being considered as porn by some vanilla people) or especially wild imagination to enjoy. As it's technically a roguelike game, there are some redundantly detailed game mechanics and unexpected possibilities - but since whole idea of the game revolves around "all or nothing" (ergo "you're good - or you're bound"), as gameplay grows really repetitive really quickly, and due to severe lack of actual content there's genuinely not much to do. For the Truth's sake, it would be way better to split this game in two: - one overly focused BDSM dress-up with maybe some actual porn - one proper rogue-like which does not have its gameplay diluted by necessity to constantly adjust porn mechanics for the sake of playability Since the developer seems to have enough expertise in BOTH areas, and as porn titles are getting canned from more and more fundrising platforms, it might solve a lot of problems for both us players and them developer. Unfortunately, it appears that feedback or even mere discussions of possibilities are not welcome in developer's Discord - so we have what we have. Hopefully, other BDSM dressup games will leave production hell soon so the niche would finally become more competitive and player-friendly. Until then - consider your risks.

The game horrifically falls into the most basic pitfall of the genre - it punishes the player for engaging with the selling point. It's themed around bondage, femdom, with big importance of chastity and orgasm control. So why the hell is bondage almost exclusively a detriment (wow, thanks for damage bonus on a bitchsuit that prevents any meaningful attack or spell), dom/sub scale goes from "default to detriment", while dominating NPCs barely has content? To progress into the game, you have to avoid all the juicy stuff. Situation is by no means unsalvageable. If the balance allows a fully bound player to still effectively progress without minmaxing, then it will be a good game. But that is not now.

This is an example of an almost perfectly designed fun experience. The combat is great, the builds are varied, the shrines are interesting, the options are interesting. this is fantastic and the dev gets a pat on the back for how well designed it is. There is only one flaw in this game right now, as it stands and that is that once in a bondage "game over" type scenario it seems like there is actually a way to escape, but it's really NOT easy to intuit or figure out. and also it doesn't serems like there is a way to game over, unless that IS the game over. (2nd run died to the second boss. unsure how deep the floors still go.) Now my question is am i supposed to end the run and take whatever i unlocked here? will it give me unlocks? or do i need to go out and use the stairs to "win" and reset my run. if so, you've made it really hard/frustrating for me to do that. and that's partially because of how realistic the bondage is in this game, and partially because the damn npc's wont leave me alone long enough for me to get my bondage off before they inevitibly start to put something on me with the "living" prefix, which then once again puts you into the bondage loop. aside form that this game gets a 5 star rating for basically being feature complete, aside from sex scenes, but it seems to be leaning HEAVILY into bondage.

One of the more refreshing experiences around here. It's one of the very few games where I find the grind enjoyable because it does not feel like grinding, it makes you want to keep exploring to find out how and what works and what doesn't work. That said it's not easy and it has a learning curve. If you don't like getting good you probably won't enjoy it. It does however present the player with many ways of fucking around and finding out what happens even before you get to learn that much about gameplay. Would like to see some actual sex scenes, more story or quests but adding more of what there is already would not be bad either. I don't expect it to be story based but fleshing it out a bit would make it an even more interesting experience.

I'm trying really hard to like this game, but it's just insanely punishing. You can make one small mistake and it's basically game over, restart from floor zero. Like you can be doing well, reaching floor 10 and fighting a couple of enemies, and then suddenly a random enemy spawns behind you, puts you in leg cuffs as you try to run past it, and now you're hobbled, so you can't avoid incoming aoe attacks. So then you get hit, have zero stamina, a gag gets put in your mouth so you can't drink, and then you basically just get gangbanged with restraints and it's game over. And there's not even a checkpoint system, so you start over from the start of the game. That's just awful. A game should be fun, and I'm not having fun when I make one little mistake and that mistake immediately snowballs into me losing an hour of progress. Is this supposed to be some kind of dark souls difficulty? If I fuck up a dodge roll in Elden ring, I take damage. I don't get one-shot, and even if I did, I don't get sent all the way back to Limgrave. Getting movement restricted in this game is just so awfully punishing and usually just leads to more restraints, and there's nothing you as a player can do to change that once you're hobbled. This is supposed to be a game for bondage enthusiasts, not masochists...

Very enjoyable premise, and the creator is constantly adding new things to it to improve the game. The updated graphics are enjoyable, and the genre and concept of a "bondage roguelike" is novel. Not all builds are especially well-balanced, and magic tends to make trivializing the difficulty somewhat easy, while more melee classes will have a harder time.

Wonderful bondage rogue-like game. Very good character customization, bondage gear system is fun and also you can put bondage gear on your character by yourself, that i really appreciate. Replayability, diffirent builds and play styles and all of that with very well made bondage theme. Plus, i'm really glad there's no male characters, that really made this game much better for me. Thanks for posting this game here. I can already say that this is one of my favorite H-games ever.

The game with remarkable potential, just as the magician becomes a latex witch, the rogue could become a badass orc using weapons that chain and strike. (that Japanese ninja weapon) Just as the warrior would no longer need armor but clothes suitable for a pig to tank and drain all the enemies.

Even in its current form, I would honestly say that this is one of the best H-games out there - for a very specific niche. I would describe this game as a rpg-lite/rogue-lite grindfest , with a bit of bondage thrown in as stimulation during the endless search for more gear and upgrades - and I mean all of that positively. If you want some kind of story and/or diverse scenes, you will not get it here, but if you enjoy the zen of the Diablo-like loop of running dungeons to get more gear and levels to run more dungeons to get more gear and levels, but would like a little bit of bondage just keep you awake, this is an excellent game to try. Don't be daunted by the roguelike moniker either - the game has generous save codes, is very recoverable in almost all (probably all) situations, and if you really can't live without save-scumming, the autosave system is, from what I can tell, fairly lax. The combat is very similar to playing Bard in Crypt of the Necromancer, with the clear telegraphing of Into the Breach mixed in - turn based movement with simultaneous movement between the enemies and player character. (and much of the same tactics apply) There is a good variety of gear, upgrades and game settings (like different modifiers) to try, and many of them actually pose interesting choices, providing good incentive to try new things. That said, I would not called it refined or balanced yet - the strength of the upgrades or builds are all over the place - however, the game isn't too punishing toward bad builds (I traversed 5 dungeons while not upgrading any of the skills without too much trouble), and it is pretty easy and enjoyable to start and try new builds. There are some other flaws as well that I have to mention - variety on the sexual side of things are a bit lacking (some obvious inclusions for restraints seem to be missing - or maybe I just haven't come across them yet), some of the mechanics are not really fleshed out yet (or lack decent explanation), and as someone else has mentioned in their review, the generally low damage output of your character can make combat drag on a bit in some situations. Still, these are problems that can be solved with time, and even in its current form, all of the vital components are fleshed out enough to make for a very enjoyable, fairly complete feeling game. And it even has serviceable art! What a concept! If you are into the kind of niche this game is trying to cover (which has an unfortunately short list of members), this game is well worth your time.
