Good, but not too special. Well done, but with flaws. Sex scenes are too short. It's more or less what you'd expect, based on the description. The girls are good, with real personalities. The story is interesting. Sometimes the writing is a little hard to make sense of, but it gets better as it goes. There are typos, and a pair of extremely jarring switches from second person to third person narration. There are some good choices, but it's difficult to know what the impact of them is. The protagonist's torso looks emaciated, until near the end of 0.4, Spoiler: spoiler where he gets turned into a cyborg super soldier, but now he's covered in scars and metal bits, so he still doesn't look right. So, I like it, and will definitely keep playing. But there's nothing about it that makes it special (ie 5 stars), at least for now. It could go up in the future.

Okay, so I'm gonna give this a generous 5 because potential is here. I say potential because as other reviewers have pointed out, there ARE flaws. But those flaws don't outshine the good, far from it. So, let's get to it ! The good : - There's actually effort put into this one, in the sense that there's a world, some lore, a story... it's not just your typical dude who just stumbles into a harem during his every day life or another boring university setting. - A diverse cast of gorgeous LI - A neither boring nor over the top MC. Not a pushover, but he has a backstory, his skills are "earned", there's room for growth, but he's actually truly supported by the rest of his cast, they aren't just placeholders - An intriguing story that leaves me wanting for more : leviathans, how they evolve, their origin, the implication that there seems to be "factions" within their ranks, and so on - The writing is good. I don't mean the story, I mean the actual writing. It feels like it's not written by a child, the dialog is believable, its not three words sentences, etc. you get what I mean. It's refreshing when there's competent writing and when people talk like humans and not blow-up dolls. - There's a lot of "show don't tell" or at least some implied stuff. You're not spoonfed every explanation, you gotta read between the lines sometimes to get the full picture. The bad : - Quite a few typos and missing words. Proofreading litteraly would take as long as it took me to read from scratch to 0.4 (so, like a few hours at most), yet it wasn't done. Hinders the quality quite a bit. - The early renders are rough, especially on the hair for some reason - I'm assuming the "prologue" is AI Art ? It was fine, but the regular artwork of the VN clashes heavily with those "story exposition" sequences - The pacing felt a bit off to me, I found myself kinda waiting for something to happen after the whole "virus" incident. I get that the author is introducing characters, setting up the crew, giving the MC time to recover, whatever you wanna call it. But truly, it felt slow. To me it really feels like the game would benefit from more leviathan / sea / story time, and less goofing around - The story has some... issues. Comments below pointed it out, sometimes MC figures out stuff he really shouldn't, some of his actions are kinda nonsensical, the plot feels a bit forced, and so on. Not unsolvable and I've seen way worse, but I think some re-writes would benefit the game a lot, might as well do them when we're early in the story. And frankly, there are more issues and holes in the story than just what was exposed below. - Since the story and writing tries to be smart and mostly gives us a crew we're meant to believe is competent, this puts the author in a tough spot where he actually NEEDS a good story with a competent cast. I know I wrote a lot of "bad", but it's only because I want the game to grow and improve, as I said it doesn't outshine the good, not by a longshot. As for most VNs, a bit of suspension is disbelief is in order, but if you look past those issue, there's a hidden gem in there. Pick it up now, there's already enough content that you'll get a couple hours of content !

I really wanted to like this story-driven VN, but can't bring myself to read further than the introduction. Why? For me it's impossible to ignore the utter mess of an illogical plot right from the very start (pointed out in detail in the review by @bloombaboon ). Almost nothing makes any sense to me here. The incoherent writing did not help to get me over the many plotholes and inconsistences. While not incomprehensible, in particular the inner thoughts and dialogues are sometimes hard to understand. Mixing the readers person's perspective in the narration (from the 3rd person "he" to the 2nd person "you" and vice versa for the MC) only increases the perplexity to the tipping point. It literally tired me so much that I couldn't force me to read further. Additionally, the renders look almost antique using the very aged Honey Select stuff. Usually I have no issues with older graphics in games and wouldn't turn any game down due to them being somewhat aged. But here the apparent subpar quality in comparison to "modern" games is just too much to fully ignore. For those renders alone no present VN could receive more than 3/5 star in a review at best in my opinion. And this VN is quite far from being "at best". Furthermore, I am generally fond of good slow-burn stories with a natural and realistical growth of relationships. I wouldn't say that's not the case here to some degree. But the complete lack of any lewds (beside some casual nakedness) for an AVN after more than one year of development seems a bit too slow - at least for me. Finally, to give this VN credits where they're due: the use of sound fx is well done. And the backing music is kind of refreshing with its mix of smooth jazz and funky fusion - a pleasant surprise for me! Very enjoyable, but sometimes maybe not so fitting for some scenes and a tad too distracting from the read in my opinion. Overall, I unfortunately can't give this one (as of v0.4.2) more than 2 stars and only a recommendation to those of you who are massive fans of the genre and not too picky about logic in plots, age of renders and the lack of lewds alltogether.

The world building and story so far are very interesting to me. The LIs are gorgeous especially in the newest chapter. I like all of them, but bunny, bell, and strea really standout for me. Its not perfect I had a few moments where I feel it jumped really quickly to the next scene, where it could have used another sentence or a transition to smooth it out. When we do eventually go on the water as a crew please dont leave bunny and bell behind! Lol now that I say that..bring them all. Teleporting girls and emesina(spelling?) The scene with the three of them was really well done with the build up of not seeing what was happening. Would have loved an animation after you get to see what's happening and let it go for a little longer. Keep it up dev you can see huge improvements already.

Is someone actually writing this? English is terrible. Every other sentence is broken, sometimes in more ways than one. The game also tries to be poetic and use big words like countenance or anthropolical (sic!), but can't get "breathe" right. Proofreader would have to scratch the whole script out. Language being like this is somewhat understandable, but it's a complete mystery how this "plot" happened - absolutely nothing makes sense. Some guy wants to hire MC to transport something, so naturally he blows up MC's ship to... force him? MC loses "everything", so he pulls out a warship out of his ass and takes the job. He "pieced together" that his ship blowing up was his client's fault, and that they mean him harm. So he starts killing. His plan is to hope that whatever they are transporting is going to help him, and you won't believe it, the cargo actually is a superhuman hacker chick that easily deals with everyone. Lucky. The girl also comes with some seabed scans. Just from that MC deduces that this must be the McGuffin meteor, and that The Evil Corpo wants it. Because, check this out, maybe there are more monsters inside (?) and they could be used as weapons (?). Humanity has been fighting those monsters for decades btw. Anyway, the big "plan", based completely on speculation, is to cleverly "let" the corpo get to the epicenter of monster activity, ???, and then profit. You'd think I'm nitpicking but not only is every scene like this, I'm leaving stuff that doesn't make sense out to be done.

Cool game incoming watch out!!!! Premise : essentially a sailor gets entangled with some shady stuff and basically a group of mercenaries trying to do something big. Disclaimer : if looking for FAP, hold on for now since currently limited lewds as of 0.03. if you are looking for a cool story, definitely consider it. The renders and writing significantly improve as story goes on so don't drop it in first hour or so. Just see it thru. Pros : Story and music are banger. My fav part is probably the humor and sci-fi renders. Side character are amazing. MCs best friend has such cool abilities, it's fckin badass. MC is a lovable perv. Usually AVNs make MC just weird and hormonally deranged, this MC is levelheaded but can be pervy when needed lol. Cons : Something about writing in earlier chapters needs improvement. Whether it be pacing of lore dump or interaction, or adding more humor or something cuz I found myself skipping quite a lot in earlier chapter but it got significantly better later near David's scene. Renders also improver quite a lot. Verdict : yeppity yep pick-ity-up this cool VN.

my first (mostly)naval themed game, and it was a joy! the setting feels right, story evolves organic and with nice speed. ovis used some really nice and unique effects to improve the scene atmosphere, that is really refreshing. also the character development progress feels right, not to fast - to much. the char depth could get improved just a tiny bit. the soundtrack just hitted exactly my taste, keep it up like that! the improvment of quality with each release is also nice, thats something really good and keeps my hopes high. theres also alot of potential within the story and im thrilled to see the next update. current version is about ~5,5h long simple decision within the review rating 5/5

I've got to say it took me a little while to warm up to this story, but once I got past the beginning, I was drawn in by the interesting character development, attractive and creative use of models, and the quality of the storytelling as it unfolds with unexpected plot developments that nonetheless flow from earlier events, and open up new possibilities for our hero and his teammates. I will continue to follow this one with anticipation of any updates.

I'll give 5/5 even though it does have flaws, but overall has a interesting world, attractive LIs, and potential for greatness. The latest update is a drastic upscale in visuals compared to the beginning. However the update ended quite abruptly. Will definitely be returning for each update.

Well, what can I say? I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good and well executed this was despite the early release. It's been a while since I've seen a game with this much potential. Let’s start with the world and man I’m in love. I really like Kaiju’s/Monsters and the cyberpunk theme just makes it better. Storywise, it’s pretty good, but I will hold back on this because, like I said, it’s still an early release. Now, with the characters, the character models are pretty decent, and the personalities are ok as of now, but once again, I can’t say too much since there is not a lot of content yet. Anyways, I have really high hopes for this one. I’m sure this game will continue growing and getting better with time. Keep up the amazing work dev.
