About Lilith's Nursery

Lilith's Nursery is a pregnancy themed tower defense game made by Preggopixels in RPG Maker, with 2D CG art. As a female protagonist, you defend a captured princess by placing defenders around a nursery and stopping enemies from reclaiming her. Defeating foes gives nursery spores, which let you birth demon eggs and upgrade your defenders.

The completed build of the game was released on August 27, 2023 for Windows. It is in English and uncensored. Development is finished.

Lilith's Nursery is pregnancy themed tower defense game. You will need to prevent enemies from retaking the captured princess by placing defenders around your nursery. Gain nursery spores from defeating enemies to give birth to demon eggs and upgrade your defenders.
