Agreed on the below plot hole - but there is an easy solve without completely rewiting the game. The game just needs to add a few lines explaining that the MC is too small/skinny to transfer adequate body heat. The friend has a larger body mass and his muscles are naturally hotter.

This does not seem promising. The FMC immediately decides to cuddle naked (to maximize heat transfer) with the bull to avoid hypothermia. Even though nothing was preventing her from doing the same with her partner. The dev seems like an artist who suddenly decided to create a game without having any technical knowledge. If I were the dev, I would rework the demo and learn to develop a story progression, especially NTR corruption, by studying other NTR games. This review will be updated if the game gets reworked.
