About Made Marion

Made Marion is an animated 2D Ren'Py dating sim and adventure from Velvet Cupcake Games. You play Lady Marion, a proud noblewoman stripped of power and sent into an unwanted arranged marriage toward Nottingham through Sherwood Forest. In this fantasy reimagining of Robin Hood, she can fight for freedom, take up arms, or work as a spy while navigating druids, fae folk, and conspiracies. Romance is central, with seven love interests across Sherwood and Nottingham.

The current v3.0EA build remains in development and was released on December 8, 2025 for Windows, Linux, and Mac. It is English and uncensored. The update adds Little John's route, reached by remaining on the Sherwood common path past the prologue and working with him near the close of Chapter 2. It also revises Robin's intimate scenes to match other routes better, replaces darkened silhouettes with full-color illustrations, and completes the Lore Intro video.

v3.0EA 1. John's route is now available! To play John's route, be sure you are on the Sherwood Common Route (not Nottingham) after the Prologue and choose to work with John at the end of Sherwood Chapter 2. 2. Robin Sexy Scene Changes: Robin's sexy scene length is now closer to the other routes. Some scenes have been changed more than others (depending on previous length and whether I was able to expand the scene without compromising its original design). Robin also has new sexy scene illustrations reflecting our decision to use full-color illustrations instead of darkened silhouettes. There are two illustrations: one can be seen by choosing the more assertive option in Robin 4a or 4b and the other can be seen via the less assertive option. 3. The Lore Intro video is now complete! In an improvement over the original plan, it is a full-screen video animated via Live2D rather than being lightly animated in-engine. You can watch the Lore Intro by starting a new game or going to the Movie Gallery from the Extras Menu (only from the Main Menu, not the in-game menu). 4. "Nude" sprites added during love scenes. Characters who are supposed to be naked will no long appear to be wearing trousers. They are cut off above the family jewels, preserving the game's rating. Marion and Alanna sprites still wear chemises during intimate scenes. 5. Hot spring ambience file added. 6. Improved falling feather special FX in Robin Chapter 4a. 7.
