About Mansion Affairs

Mansion Affairs is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by LustfulFantasy, presented with animated 3DCG art. It follows Alex after his aunt's death, when he inherits a large mansion on the condition that he lives there to secure the estate. Alex and his wife Emma are close to divorce, and they move in hoping the change may help their marriage. The situation becomes more tangled when Alex's cousin Daniel and Daniel's wife Isabella arrive, having also inherited portions of the house. You follow the four adults as they try to manage strained relationships under one roof.

The current build is v0.4, dated April 19, 2025. It is a Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android release in English, uncensored. The latest changelog describes v0.4 as the current Steam version and says it contains little new content, with more planned soon. However, the creator notes that work is now focused on Short NTR Stories, so updates to Mansion Affairs may come more slowly. Development is ongoing rather than finished.

Developer's description

After the death of Alex’s aunt, he inherits a grand mansion. However, there’s a catch—he must live in the mansion to fully claim his inheritance. As Alex and his wife Emma are on the verge of divorce, they decide to move in, hoping this change might help salvage their relationship. But things get complicated when Alex’s cousin Daniel and his wife Isabella, who have also inherited parts of the mansion, arrive. Now, the four of them must navigate their strained relationships while living under the same roof, setting the stage for the unfolding drama in Mansion Affairs.

As we are now working on the other game, "Short NTR Stories" now, we can't give fast update to this game.
