My World Isekai is a Ren'Py adult visual novel RPG by Silac, presented with animated 2D CG and turn-based combat. You play a male salaryman who arrives in a living world and can meet, befriend, and romance various female characters, including monster girls. Harem-style relationships are possible, but some partners respond with dangerous jealousy. The premise centers on relationship risk and potential conflict.

Development is still ongoing in v0.0.791, released November 12, 2024 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The English build is uncensored. The latest changelog entry, v0.0.79, added NPC-to-NPC fighting, friendship and enmity, and crafting. It also introduced a basic ecosystem where Harvesters, Refiners, and Crafters interact. Earlier notes mention dynamic NPC sleep and interaction, generated locations and NPCs, and writing for Anna's route.
