"Neko Dating Sim" is a rhythm game where the player, take on the role of a young man who is dating 3 neko (cat girl) characters. The gameplay revolves around a simple yet, Annoying rhythm game where players need to click in time with the beat of a visual meter. As players progress through the game, they will unlock new levels and story elements about their dating experiences with each neko girl. The story will be told through visual novel-style cutscenes and will, explore the various personalities and characteristics of the neko girls. Players will also be able to unlock images of each girl as they progress through the game. The images will be drawn in a cute and anime-inspired style, adding to the game's overall charm.​
