Neon Studio Tycoon is a point-and-click management sandbox from creator Neon Studio, made with Godot. You act as a studio owner trying to grow a film company from nothing. The game lets you hire people, arrange shoots, handle post-production, and choose how films reach audiences. You can sell titles or rent them for continuing income while reputation and money increase. The setting includes a city with cinemas, and your goal is to expand operations and make successful movies. Its presentation combines AI-generated CG with real porn visuals, and the gameplay centers on business choices.
The current build is v1.4, dated July 19, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, is in English, and is uncensored. That update adds two new actors and introduces a mod system. It also fixes staff applications appearing more than once and shortens the application spawn timer range. Earlier changelog notes mention a bank stock exchange, resolution scaling, and initial zone release.
