About Nice Pair: Law of the Table
Luno Art’s Nice Pair: Law of the Table, made in Godot, is a fantasy strategy roguelite poker game with animated AI 2D CG art. You play a poker professional who loses everything at a final table and wakes in a medieval realm where disputes are settled by cards instead of violence. The game follows the protagonist as he wins rounds against heroines. Each round affects clothing: winning removes an item from her, while losing removes one from him. Gameplay focuses on building poker hands, scoring chips and multipliers, and using charms, treatises and runes to alter rules and overcome each opponent’s final blind.
The current release is v0.1.0, dated October 26, 2026. It is a first public demo, so development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and is available in English, Russian, and Spanish, with no censorship. The initial build includes three levels, three heroines, animated scenes, a scene gallery, a shop for charms, treatises and runes, and Story mode. It also adds English and Russian voice-over with Spanish text.
Developer's description
Nice Pair: Law of the Table is a poker roguelite with a fantasy twist. A poker pro goes all-in at the final table, loses everything — and wakes up in a medieval kingdom ruled by the Law of the Table: no violence, every dispute is settled with cards. To learn why he was summoned, he has to beat the heroines who love to play. Win a round — she takes something off. Lose — you do. Build poker hands, score with chips × multiplier, bend the rules with charms, treatises and runes, and beat each heroine's trick at the deciding blind. Win the match — unlock her scene.
