About Night over Day
Lovebyte Games created Night over Day, an adult visual novel built with Ren'Py and 3D rendered visuals. It is set in a fictional version of 2012 and follows Becky, a 21-year-old woman who wakes up during Christmas with a condition called Vertigo. Other characters also live with conditions that affect their personal lives, and Becky has friends who share similar experiences. The story asks whether she can learn what these conditions mean and whether she can overcome them with help from her friends, leaving the outcome to player choices.
The current build is v0.15.1, released February 4, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English text and no censorship. The latest update remade the first and second renders, rewrote parts of the story, and added a new splashscreen.

Night over Day is a Adult Visual Novel made by Lovebyte Games, set in a fictional 2012 setting, with many characters having such a condition which affects their personal lives. You play as Becky, a 21 year old girl waking up with a condition called "Vertigo" during Christmas, and she has friends with other conditions who share the same experiences as her. Can she find out what these conditions mean and if Becky can find out if she can get rid of this condition with her friends' help? It's all up to you.
