Once Upon a Time

Well, if you are familiar with Neko-Hime (now apparently rebranded as NekoFairys), this is simply more of the same. Everybody creams their pants just from looking at MC - who is basically a nobody but somehow is a second coming of god almighty - coupled with modern clothes used in supposedly medieval world, lauphable character poses, ugly goblins (blueberries from Avatar? seriously?), sub-par erotic scenes, grammar errors, plotline more convoluted than Fate\Stay - with simply terrible writing, and almost complete lack of player choice or agenda (I found that you can simply skip certain events, maybe it works in the long term). Maybe somebody likes things like this, but it is not for me.

Awful writing really destroys this. The story is pretty nonsensical, the english is atrocious (I think by the phrase structure that this has been translated from latin-american spanish, but I could be wrong), but the writing is not only bad because of the poor english, but also how the characters behave, how they talk to each other, the fact that the MC is a prince of a kingdom and doesn't know anything about it at all.... The renders are pretty bad as well, the color of the MC's hair looks absolutely fake, the design of the NPCs is also pretty bad, the characters sort of just show up, like the heiress of an empire that just so happens to be in your castle's library the same day that you are going to start to look for a wife, and she is in totally plain and forgettable clothes and without shoes..... I tried to push through and keep on reading but I just couldn't and had to drop this. Unbearably bad writing, bad story telling, bad characterization, poor renders (each room in the castle feels like it comes from a different building and time period....) There isn't a redeeming quality to give this anything other than a 1/5

As a big fan of both harem and fantasy games I think this is a good game. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the visuals look a little outdated. Other than that I have no complaints about this game.

There is a 15 click intro that repeats everytime you open the game. The intro has a music that keeps playing when you start the game, and that's the only music in the game . If you rollback it stops and never comes back again. Actually another music comes up later, but the rolling back problem persists, it mutes it. The writing is bad, like plotholes that happen between 3/4 renders, amnesia? And besides that, it's a super super low effort. Also a girl bleed from her eyes because she choked on a dick? At least the truck driver is funny and the renders are ok.

I like Martha and Lisa the most, Tessa is also very beautiful. Is it the best game ever? No probably not, the animations are better than a lot of other highly rated games on here, and while I agree with most of the critiques irt the writing I don't really think it negatively impacts the game all that much. Only girl so far I don't particularly like is Catalana and that is because she feels pointless. Other than that, great game, hopefully this continues to get updates.

Though I agree with the previous reviewer that the dialogue gives me a headache at times. I believe the story is more in line with comedy rather than seriousness. Also looking at the previous games this creator made, they have been doing it since 2019. Some abandoned games, and a completed game, with a few ongoing. (Hopefully not a sign of overextending themselves to the point of exhaustion, leading to abandonment of games) Spoiler: contains dialogue in game, and can be considered a spoiler The protag clearly hasn't learned much of the world, as a baby he was kidnapped and raised by the King and Queen. From what it looked like, the King didn't allow him to leave the castle, nor to learn anything useful regarding how to be a prince (likely because he wasn't of his blood, and the king was hoping for an heir of his own). As was referenced in the meeting he had with the king, where the king said that if a child was born from his new wife, then he will be demoted to a regular prince. All in all, I felt the game was decent for how new it is. Some aspects are clearly lacking, however it gives a fairly clear direction on where things are heading. Decent graphics, animation is mid. Which is why I give it four stars as of the current release in March 2025.

okay story concept and visuals, brought down by an unskilled/novice writer. lore dumps in the style of people talking "as you know ...". tense changing from one sentence to the next. time jumps where nothing actually happens, the MC learns nothing of the new world he's in, yet literally growing up there. take a class in writing/storytelling where a teacher can properly describe/teach how to overcome these common mistakes.
