About Particles of Reality

Particles of Reality is a grim, twisted adult otome visual novel by Arewar, built in Ren'Py with 2D CG art. You can follow romance routes from a female or male perspective, with multiple protagonists and multiple endings. Its tone promises brutal, merciless outcomes rather than quick happy endings, and extreme scenes can be disabled in settings. The story leans into corruption and mind control within a dating sim framework.

The current build is v1.1.0 plus DLC, released February 18, 2025. It is an ongoing project, not a finished game. It runs on Windows and Mac, uses English, and is uncensored. The changelog shows Alexander's DLC was added in this version. Earlier notes mention fixes, default audio changes, and backend preparation for a future Alexander route, so development continues.
