About Pattern Screamers+

Pattern Screamers+ is an animated horror game by Strange Girl and Fouzi, using the Others engine and featuring 2D CG artwork. You play a male shut-in who follows a mysterious maid into a vast, unsettling mansion after deciding that entering is a last chance to leave isolation, reclaim existence, and prove worth. The story asks him to face whatever madness lies inside, while the game supports multiple endings and includes transformation elements.

The current build is v1.0.08, released March 4, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Android in English, with uncensored adult content. The latest changelog notes a new bonus adult NSFW scene, along with the usual invitation to report bugs. Earlier updates added substantial written content, new characters, areas, visuals, and additional adult scenes, plus a pause menu and many fixes.
