About Pink Prescriptions

Pink Prescriptions is an adult Ren'Py visual novel from Acehole Studios. You play an unemployed computer technician whose bad luck leads to a job with unclear costs. Set in a chaotic hospital, choices affect story and relationships, with multiple endings and a mix of drama, humor, and sex. The 3DCG art presents female domination and lesbian themes.

Current build is v0.5, released February 6, 2026, and development appears ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, with English text and no censorship. Episode 5 added 657 images, two new unlockable bonus images bringing the total to 14, nine new animations bringing the total to 25, and one new choice bringing the total to 8. The bonus and animation galleries were recoded, and random grammar corrections were made.

Developer's description

In Pink Prescriptions, the player takes on the role of a computer technician who is unemployed and down on his luck. After an unfortunate circumstance, he finds himself in a situation that leads to employment but at what cost? Each choice the player makes throughout the game will impact the story and the relationships. Some choices may lead to steamy encounters and others may cause tension to rise. Spoiler Pink Prescriptions will offer multiple endings, each one depending on the choices the player makes. Will you find love in the chaotic world of a hospital, or are you just out to have a good time? The game promises to be an erotic ride where every decision matters. With a mix of drama, humor, and sex, this visual novel is sure to keep players on the edge of their seats.
