Added Ep.1-rev1 and Ep.2 ver2.
Episode 2 update 4
Much of the content, including the sex scene, will only be available if you unlocked the " Secret Whispers" power in the previous episode. And that's what we're hoping to get a lot of feedback on. The sex scene. We said, we'll be looking for your input on that, and we mean it. Should we add animations?
On a different note, we've passed the 1500$ threshold. Starting next month we'll be able contract for more renders, and the size of the October should increase by about 30 to 40%. And so on from now on.
Also, we think we fixed the issues with the save transfers on Android. Episode one will be made available on Android this month. And episode 2, starting next month.
We'd also like to thank all of you who have been sending us bug reports.
I'll stop talking now.

What starts with the potential of being one of the best story-driven novels, with great characters and a famous, amazing setting as the world-building core, becomes one of the greatest disappointments in F95. Play it only if, like me, you enjoy vampire games. But be prepared for the level of awesomeness to come crashing down once you go from episode 3 onwards. Story This is the biggest letdown in the game. While the story promised so much in the beginning, it starts getting to the point where the story goes nowhere. What could have been an amazing supernatural plot, full of intrigue and adventure, becomes closer to an office job. Lore As mentioned, the setting of the game is well-known and clearly based on that famous tabletop setting. Characters This is, if anything, the only part where the game moves in a different direction from the rest of the analysis. Characters I expected to find boring and trivial — such as the obviously-in-love childhood friend, a cliché I strongly dislike — become some of the best characters. Meanwhile, your vampire mommy and vampire step-mommy become boring. Your vampire queen has barely any bite in the story, even though you would expect otherwise. And many other characters were simply wasted. A pity, as they would have been amazing if given the opportunity to shine. Gameplay I would like to say it is just a standard visual novel. Almost — the developers tried to incorporate some level of RPG elements into the game, along with a little randomness. It just doesn't work well. In the end, it functions as a standard visual novel. Choices Barely relevant. While the outcomes of some characters do depend on your choices, there is not enough variation for it to actually matter. Lewd Content Almost nonexistent. If this is the reason you want to play, skip it — even setting aside all the other issues. Conclusion As mentioned, the biggest letdown of this game is the potential it has — potential that shines strongly in the first and second chapters, and just continues to fade as the story progresses. A quick reminder that good ideas need good execution. DISCLAIMER: I supported this novel for a long time. I eventually decided to remove my support, less to do with quality issues and more with my desire to support other projects. I mention this so that the reader can use this knowledge to further evaluate this analysis. Also remember that I don't write reviews for unfinished work.
The tl;dr here is that the ending isn't much of one, and the game just....stops. Things get brushed around a little, there's a tiny time-jump, then curtains. It's really sad because until the last sixty minutes of this ~12 hour journey I was totally hooked and fully loving the story. To me it's very reminiscent of Sorcerer, one of my all-time favorites, in that I get lost in the excellent narrative and completely skip over the vanilla and boring porn bits (which are very rare anyways, and have terrible angles etc). The characters here are superb, and the dialogue is written in a way that pleases me greatly. But over time the typos increase to ludicrous levels and the drag kicks in, until, as I said before, it just stops. There's a huge buildup to a scene that just doesn't happen, and it feels like a cop-out. I'm not sure if the dev was sequel baiting or just washing his hands, but this deserved a much, much better conclusion. That said if you're starved for vampire VNs you absolutely can do a whole lot worse.
This might be good somewhere down the road, but after less than an hour I just gave up. Literally the only good thing I saw here is the world setting, Intro is boring af, by the way it is presented it seems you are playing as some lowkey dj who does nothing except sleep when he is not playing music in a club. Completely useless clown whose only friend is the girl he plays music with. And while doing absolutely nothing he somehow still cant find the time to give his mother a phone call from time to time despite said girl and his landlady reminding him to do so several times. What an absolute waste of space garbage mc you get to play as. Then for no appearant reason he gets offered an outrageous amount of money to go put on a playlist of soothing music at some vamp meeting. There he randomly encounters a woman who also just seemingly randomly decides to stick her fangs in him to turn him into a vamp. He does a bunch more sleeping while being taken care of by another random vamp chick who also becomes your mentor. She is appearantly being sexually harrassed by her boss and shit falls downhill so obviously she likes nothing better than constantly remind you of how utterly pathetic, uesless and insignificant you are. First training day is feeding and with your mentor and her non stop verbal degradation you get the choice between fat sleeping guy, drunk sleeping guy or guy seduced by mentor in club toilet. Yeah sorry this is the end for me. Thought this would be something different, but despite the cool vampire WoD setting it turns out to just be another one in the line of trash avn that is being made as an excuse for the author to degrade and shit on their readers, no thanks not into that shit.
The story kicks off quickly, without much explanation, but you can pick up the gist fairly easily. At first, it’s impressive — you can tell a lot of care went into the plot, dialogue, and world-building. The writing is strong, with believable characters who have distinct backgrounds and motivations. Interactions feel meaningful and add depth, making the early game genuinely engaging. Unfortunately, this doesn’t last. What starts as a promising, lore-rich experience eventually becomes a slog. The developer leans far too hard on the “novel” aspect of the visual novel, saturating the story with endless new characters, facts, and conflicts. Instead of being immersive, it becomes exhausting. While the characters are well-constructed overall, with distinct personalities and realistic goals, the sheer amount of content makes it difficult to stay invested. If this were a book, it could’ve worked — but as an adult game, it drags down the experience. Choices exist, but not in a satisfying way. They mostly affect how the MC approaches problems and can influence the story’s direction and endings. However, given the game’s overwhelming length, testing different paths isn’t appealing — the replay value just isn’t there. And despite the extensive narrative, the number of actual player decisions is surprisingly limited, which makes the imbalance between story depth and interactivity even more glaring. Visually, the game doesn’t stand out. The characters are decent but not remarkable, and while they’re easy enough to tell apart, remembering who’s who in such a large cast becomes tricky. There’s a good variety of wardrobes, expressions, and backgrounds, but repetition becomes obvious the longer you play. On top of that, the chosen aesthetic sometimes works against itself: brightness and visibility issues occasionally make it hard to tell what’s happening on screen. Sex scenes are particularly disappointing. They’re sparse, unremarkable, and lack animations. When they finally arrive, they don’t feel like a reward — just more static renders with the same flaws as regular scenes. Given the adult-game context, this is a major letdown. This game is ambitious but ultimately undone by the developer’s choices. The extensive length, heavy focus on lore, and limited interactivity overwhelm what could’ve been a strong experience. There’s clear effort in the writing, world-building, and character creation, but it feels wasted in a format that fails to capitalize on its strengths. For an adult game, the lackluster visuals and sparse, forgettable sex scenes only add to the disappointment. Based on everything: Story & Characters → Ambitious and detailed, but oversaturated, exhausting, and drags down engagement. 6,0/10. Player Choices → Present but limited, with little replay value given the game’s excessive length. 5,0/10. Visuals & Animations → Serviceable but underwhelming, repetitive, and sex scenes are a major letdown. 4,3/10. Overall Score → 5.1/10
Rebirth is a solid Visual Novel all things considered. While the 3d models are okay at best and the decision-making is the most complex, the author is very clearly a decent storyteller. The characterizations are good and the narrative is neither overly-complex nor too simplistic. Plus, its probably the best game (not) set in the World of Darkness that's come out in the last five years lol.
This VN is just a waste of your time. It's not porn. This is a boring vampire story that is much worse than Twilight. The author completely forgot that he was supposed to make an 18+ game. You don't even develop relationships with the characters in the story.
hmmm this Game was best if talking about first 3 episodes but the 4 and 5 changed my mind, because so many plot holes occurs, characters that i tried get to know were end up becoming a waste of time, some characters seemed badass and all mighty and i had feeling they would make a huge impact in the end of the story line but they were wasted like no one. LI kept me immersed but at some point they got boring especially in ep4 and ep5. i am giving it a 3 star because i liked first 3 episodes.
I think it's a great talent to be able to go to the first two or three episodes and have so much anticipation and finish so empty. The story was moving so slowly that I felt like I was counting down. When I got to the end of the game, I was like, "Oh my God, where did we go? How can you waste the main vampire in one go? My buddy Virgil the potbellied dude looks like a skinless attach on titan, and he just died, man, what the hell are you talking about?
Very well executed. You can feel that the characters are well writen (even tho there's nothing new about the theme. I had the opportunity to see the early versions of the project so I believe the dev cut a few string here and there in order to keep what's important: To tell a good story. It became pretty rushed and as plain as it can get after a few chapters. Even ignoring how ridiculous the renders got over time, not getting bored became invitable with the MC and everyone else "it is what it is" after every non-sensical turn of events.
I'm back from a 2 year break playing through all the games I was interested in. I've been playing this game off and on since 2020 and I'm happy that it's finally complete. Overall I'd say I enjoyed the game. I love the world-building and lore, it's the best I've seen in a vampire game so far. That's the games greatest strength. Unfortunately there are quite a few negatives as well. Many of the 6 cool vampire powers that you unlock don't end up doing anything or mattering. You unlock a cool ability and use it immediately, and then never use it again. There's only a couple powers that you use more than once. Wasted potential. The actual sex scenes and relationships aren't really that engaging. I really like Sharon as a character but didn't feel enough of an emotional connection between her and the MC. The MC basically makes her a queen but why? I don't think he ever says I love you. I understand you're a soulless bloodsucker, but a little more romance with Sharon would have been welcome imo. The climax of the story was bad. You become a slave to a vampire god and nothing really changes. Maybe it's all sequel bait but it leaves me feeling like none of it really mattered. Also the fate of your vampire mother was rushed after all her build-up. We were told our bloodline is unique and Sharon has never seen anything like us before, but we never find out what's special about it or anything about it at all. Why make the vampire mother into a character if she's not going to reveal anything about your vampire history? What even happens to Cindy after Callisto dies? This game has lots of loose threads and leaves me unsatisfied. I still really like the game though overall! It's the best vampire VN I've played, although I haven't really been looking over the last 2 years. Being a vampire is a great and underutilized fantasy and this game does it (mostly) right. There could have been more! Still a recommend from me.
The first couple of chapters of this game are very good and show a great deal of promise but after the first half of the game choices become very few and far between and the ending feels incredibly rushed and hugely disappointing. Sex scenes are also very lacking...there's almost no sex in the first half of the game and when it eventually starts happening there are very few sex scenes. I was going to give this game a 2 star rating but just for the fact that it maintained my interest until the end it gets 3...that's about it though.
I liked the game a lot. The length of the story was a pleasant surprise. It concluded past my original expectations. Which was a big deal for me. I had been suspended from work, so this really helped me get through tough times. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the spelling errors.
Story begins being quite interesting, but seems like the concept got cut in half during the development. Don't get me wrong the idea in itself and how it played out in ep1 and ep2 was quite good, but the more the game itself played out, the less it made sense, a lot of dead ends in the plot and as well as rushed ending and many plot holes. To that, romance or love scenes are quite rare
very good AVN, the plot had me from the beginning despite not being a fan of vampire stories per se, it has good models, the face expressions are funny, sadly the end felt pretty rushed even though the plot was going at a good pace, a couple of side stories were left unfinished, but despite all that it wasn't bad and leaves me with a feeling of satisfaction, give it a chance.
One of the best Ren'Py games I’ve ever played. Not too many lewd scenes, the characters are perfect, and I don’t know what else to say—it’s a well-rounded game. Absolutely love it! Thank you for letting me play.
Episode 1 and the introduction to this world, "heavily inspired by Vampire the Masquerade" , would be what I'd take away from the game, but the first chapter and the characters introduced are amazing, it's just...after that, it's a whole lot of nothing. There is not a lot of sex, not a lot of important plot, you don't care that the MC is moving up the ranks, you just want to stay home with your new Vampire mommy, not the OTHER vampire mommy that gets introduced. I think the author wanted a grand adventure with a lot of plot, but this game could have been a lot shorter or at least a lot more grounded.
This is my overall review after playing all episodes and wasting my time on this project in high hopes of adventurous experience. Ep 1 started out well where mystery mistress made MC and undead monster, who's still in a process of discovering himself and his belongings in a journey for self survival in a world ruled by ruthless bloodsuckers. He had unknown blood that gave him power vision and dreams, yet his actions defy established logic of Vampire types etc. This plot could have become a masterpiece VN. Especially the first fight with feral female Nos inside abandoned asylum was shown beautifully. However excessively re-use of same renders made it a bit underwhelming. Yet, developers wanted to milk more and more so they slowly chewed upon the plot and unnecessarily divided into several half baked episodes that led us nowhere in terms of MC's powers, his mother, friends or family backstory or his vampire character development or fulfilling the original plot story of discovering his source of dreams. Same goes for every other character, NOS, Hunters, Archons etc even mystery mistress mom who's character arc was as confusing and disappointing as Sharon and her loving bodyguard's backstory. MC'S cult Mom, and cult cousin turned out to be clueless douce with pitiful also meaningless deaths, undermining their prior actions for secrecy and self preservation. Ending was desperately rushed as severe diarrhoea on devs part. Ep 2 and Ep 3 is where such disaster started showing initial signs.
This game has dragged out for far too long, having been in development for over 5 years. The pace is glacial, the renders suck, the dialogue isn't well written and the characters are shallow and one note. Not to mention the lack of meaningful sex scenes or relationship progression in an AVN. This feels like the adult part of the adult visual novel was more tacked on as an afterthought to pander to the dev's existing audience. The only thing this game had going for it was that the overall plot in the broad strokes was engaging enough to make me want to keep going to find out what happens, and then even that was ruined by there being no meaningful conclusion to any of the questions/mysteries that the story sets up. By the end of the game, the dev seems to have just... Forgotten? About the main plot entirely, leaving huge plot holes and unanswered questions. Don't waste your time, don't download this game. It's far too long and boring to be worth a look.
The story had great potential but went downhill from Episode 4, leaving a lot of holes and incoherences, and the pseudo-ending did not help, it felt rushed, savorless. But the biggest frustration is that in the end the choices did not matter, except for one LI, many variables were carried over from one episode to the next but were never used, so we ended up with a bland kinetic novel. By chance, I was not really playing this VN for the sex scenes, cause they are very rare and very rushed (4-5 renders each, no animation), with no real build-up nor romance, you can skip/avoid them and the story won’t change at all. I will not tell you that it’s not worth downloading, you can still have a good time if you’re not too picky, but don’t expect a story with many cliffhangers, twists, or whatever, it’s very linear and will leave you with many questions (I guess the dev lost himself in it). As for the ending (there’s only one), it suggests that there could even be a sequel but I think the dev should stick to something less complicated in the future, something he can fully control from A to Z. 2.5/5
A very captivating story. The story get rushed and leaves you with barerly any freedom. It's still an easy 5-star, but if it was better fleshed out, it's name would be carved in stone among the greatest.
