About Sakura Mansion Unofficial Ren'py Remake

This unofficial Ren'Py remake adapts Red Sakura Mansion 1 by Tin Woodman as a visual novel. Created by DarkFil, it uses 3D CG art and a kinetic novel structure, with dialogue changed or removed because the original gameplay is absent. The presentation centers on mansion-based scenes and includes BDSM, corruption, and humor, while the remake focuses on converting the source material into a Ren'Py story experience.

The current build is version v0.7, released on July 19, 2025, and development is ongoing rather than complete. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, is available in English, and is uncensored. The latest update completed Pamela's main storyline, following earlier updates that finished Chloe's and Naomi's storylines, added scenes, sounds, menus, and Android support. Earlier releases also fixed grammar, spelling, and gallery issues.
