About Secrets of the Heart
Secrets of the Heart is a Unity-made dating sim from FallingDay, presented with 2D CG art. You play as Kato Shi, an ordinary girl whose life feels peaceful because she has trusted friends and a caring boyfriend, a photographer. Her daily routine feels complete, yet something seems missing. While helping him, she meets many people and encounters situations outside her usual world. Through choices and events, she begins to understand another side of herself. The game uses sandbox elements to let players explore relationships and personal change.
The current build is a Demo released on April 26, 2026. It runs on Windows, is available in English, and is uncensored. The changelog lists the Demo as Initial Release, so this is the first playable build.
Developer's description
The story follows an ordinary girl, Kato Shi. She has close friends she can trust, and a loving boyfriend she deeply cares for. Her life seems complete—peaceful and full of happiness. And yet… deep within her heart, there lingers a subtle sense of something missing. While helping her boyfriend, a photographer, she begins to meet all kinds of people and step into worlds she has never known before, experiencing a wide range of events and encounters. Through these meetings and choices, she gradually comes to realize— there is another side of herself she has never truly understood.
