The last version has significant changes. few ne charachters and new dating options. Dev add some animations which looks nice. Hope dev will continue to add more. In holiday options sometimes characters stuck in the middle of the screen. No so big deal. There are still discrepancy in photos of same character. body features and face features are not very consistent. After completing all pairs in night club nothing extra happens. Something to add succesfull completion would be nice. No new achievements in the version and also wive option still on hold. I just tried the game for the first time, and there's a lot to really like. From a technical standpoint, the game is great and runs super smoothly. Its a beautiful setup. The AI models are really high end, and I'm interested to see where the future levels go with scenes and more pictures. The downside is certainly not only no sexual content, but no one even touches one another to this point. Other than the shadow of the MC, its barely R rated, let alone adult content. Hopefully that's planned and coming in future updates, because as it is, its all tease and no payoff. I really like what's been set up, but there has to be more. Some of the minigames need to give the player a LOT more help too. The key took me forever to figure out, and still doesn't make any sense even after I got what I have to do. And finding each girls favorite topic during the dates is a lot more frustrating than it should be. It would be better if once the player got a wrong answer, it would grey them out. As it is, I had to write them all down on a piece of paper myself while I was playing, which really lowers the enjoyment level a lot.

I'll keep this short, because a lot of things have already been said. I was somehwere between 3 and 4 starts with this. But I'll give it 4 because there are a lot of small things this game makes right. Yeah, the art is a bit inconsistent. I don't find it as terrible as many others here but it's there. The AI voices are mostly bad. Some are good, but the intonation is often very unnatural. And sometimes it just straight up sounds like 2000 TTS. Every girl also has the same voice lines, just in a different accent/tone. The general idea and premise of this game is something I really liked. It's more of a dark theme about power and influence. I feel like this mood is distributed well throughout. That being said, I don't care about story too much and some may find it not too exciting. I want to emphasize though, that I really liked the general feel of this game. It also has some decent minigames. Sadly, the game does not feel very rewarding at the moment. It does not seem like there is much use for the intimacy stat like you would expect. There is not actual intimacy yet. Finally, the progression seems a bit weird. I can't quite pinpoint it, but the grind can get a bit boring. I have hopes for this game though, and am confident this will turn out decent.

Previous version had an option between wives and servant. That choice is removed It appears the seduction mechanics, specifically the "flower part," have been put on hold. I really appreciate the detailed character information that's now available on each photo. Also, the option to choose between wives and servants, which was present in the last version, has been removed. On the other hand, the character portraits, while good, aren't entirely consistent. A character's face or overall look can sometimes change from scene to scene. The game also features more animation; for example, characters might turn around or make simple gestures. There are still no options to change outfits. In summary, there's been significant progress in this version, exceeding my expectations in several areas. It seems the developers are still focused on the game's core structure, so there's room for improvement in character features. Small additions, like customizable clothes and more varied animations, would be a welcome improvement

Another sloppy AI grindfest with no consistency in generation. Pictures are typical slop you can find anywhere, story is non-existent, gameplay is grindy and boring. The whole game is revolving around clicking until another poorly generated image pops up, all with a horribly made repetitive AI voicelines drilling into your ears. I'd give it less but it's still better than most AI games, as it's at least trying to be consistent in looks, style and quality, even if the bar is set pretty low. Also parteon functions are a joke, paying money for more sloppy AI pics is laughable in the age when everyone has internet connection.

V0.8.4 not a bad management game. has it's downsides but none are bad enough to warrant rating below average for me. lag. not sure which engine but it lags. through the intro and everytime i added a new character it lagged, presumably as it sorts which art to select. speaking (writing really) of art, this is a perfect example of why AI art is crap. it lacks consistency. great for one off's but terrible for replication. one woman i got her name wrong twice before i clicked who she is, as her image had changed hair style and colour and was now much shorter, very different from the character i had already fixed a bathroom for. Art is by far the weak point here. the writing made me laugh and then grow quickly annoyed, as the characters rinse and repeat phrases. silence with your own background music is recommended as the voice acting, while having accents, is flat in delivery. the gameplay loop is well balanced on easy, not sure i would get any pleasure from hard at all. clearly a mode for the anal retentives and masochists that find drying paint titillating.(why does this site not have a spurting eggplant emoji? would have been perfect here) definitely one of the better management games i have tried here but far from great

Sinful Spaces (0.8.4) is a game for people who really like the feeling of progression. You can progress with your girls, you can progress with the shop owners, you can progress with the story, and you can progress your income. It's a decent management game that can easily lock you into its reward loop. Unfortunately, the payoff just isn't there. Progression unlocks you tiny slivers of story and more tits and ass. The AI art is fine, but the girls have almost nothing in the way of individual personality or unique content. As far as the porn goes, you'd be better off with an unlocked gallery. The game did manage to suck me in for an annoying number of hours before I nicked the current end-game and realized how pointless and tedious further grinding would be. It speaks well of the game loop, but I'm just not sure what the game could even do to provide a worthwhile payoff. Sex scenes with the girls at tier 2 instead of another round of fapping comes to mind, but that won't fix how blank and empty the girls are. I think this game ends up four stars when complete, but I have difficulty seeing how it hits five. (P.S. - Please show us authority and spyware status for each revealed girl in the service screen. It would save us from selecting girls with max authority and spyware once keeping track of 10+ girls makes that mostly impossible.)

The ai images are very well done, music and design is great, but I was disappointed at the lack of hardcore images. Having an entire harem at your disposal, but only Louis CK'ing them was a let down. Sinful Spaces AI-supported games are among us now. Sinful Spaces is somewhat of a management game, where you try to keep your tenants happy while spying on them. You gradually corrupt them into your crazy harem fantasy as each woman warms up to you through help, dates and more. Sinful Spaces is showing how an AI-built game can be beautiful, but repetitive as well. STORY As hotel owner, you build a business preying on your tenants. They pay you rent and you spy on them. You install devices to learn more about them (gain stats) which help you grow in favor with your tenants. You then slowly recruit them into your web of sexual fantasies. It’s actually pretty interesting, if any of the tenants had more personality than a thin piece of paper. There really isn’t a in-depth story here, nor do any of the characters stand out or surprise. You’re basically picking visual features and grind stats until you find them undressed. It’s a missed opportunity, because having a different story for each tenant would have made the dates and corruption more interesting. One plus - you can recruit female and male tenants. Since this game is primarily focused on gameplay, the story takes a backseat here. It’s a shame, because this game could benefit from an overarching story with tenants that really stand out to make the experience more memorable. But the harem story works well enough to create the illusion. PRESENTATION The game looks great. It’s all 2d AI rendered sprites and well-designed menus, but it works well for the illusion of having a character in front of you. The models looks very attractive, sometimes a bit too perfect, but have this helpless quality about them. With each step, you gradually unlock seeing more of your tenant. It’s an addicting experience, although various gameplay choices hamper it from being great. The UI is amazingly well designed. It can be quite daunting since there are more than a few options, but on my 1080p screen everything looks crisp and clear. I’ve read reports of people with 4k running into issues, not to mention render quality limits. This is best played at 1080 - and even then you’ll be wanting more out of the renders this game presents. My biggest gripe with this game is - it doesn’t really present you the renders you unlock. Everything you unlock is presented through a profile screen that shows pictures at about 50% of screen real estate. Interactions with characters are actually 100% real estate, so it begs the question why the developer chose this for the renders you unlock. In fact, you might just see a bigger version of the picture in the ‘spying’ screen rather than anywhere else. The whole silhouette corruption scene did little to nothing for me visually. It’s a lewd way of showing a man jacking off to his tenants, but in reality it just took away from the fantasy for me. GAMEPLAY Since this game is all about the gameplay, prepare to grind. There are three levels of grind and even the easiest was too much for me. You spend your days spying on tenants while not getting caught - through a dual selection where one tenant will increase in danger. It’s basically a lot of sliders and numbers changing before you get to see a new picture of your tenants. It’s spreadsheet porn with an image of a hot babe or stud clipped to it. You have multiple steps to take before you can fully corrupt your tenant - spy on them, bug their house, find out their interests and take them out on dates. You upgrade your relationship with them through a technology tree which you slowly rank up as you progress through the days. There’s paths in the works to either turn your tenant into your slave or your mistress/boy toy. Curious to see how this will pan out and if the story will impact it. OVERALL You want to see how well AI-art can carry a game? You like a game that’s gameplay-heavy with great visuals and little story? You don’t care about porn too much and don’t mind grinding out the numbers in order to see a little more flesh? This is your game! It’s a great staple to show how you could build a game around characters made with AI - and it would improve even more if the developer is somehow able to incorporate story into this. Sinful Spaces is not for everyone, but it’s an interesting development into the future. 6.5/10, so 3/5 on F95.

I felt compelled to write this review, because I feel like the cons for other people are pros for me. I think the AI-generated art looks great, almost better than real life in some ways. I don't care if it "looks fake" or whatever, all of it is fake anyway, so who cares? Secondly, I don't care that it's a repetitive clickfest with almost zero story. I'm the type of person who loses interest in a sex game when I see that it's just a VN with no gameplay, and get more interested when I see that there are some stats that I can increase by clicking buttons repeatedly. I like that this is a "click things to unlock sexy pics" game. And don't get me wrong, I have played games where I felt like there was too much tedious grinding, but I think this game does a good job of doling out small, incremental bits of progression at a nice, frequent pace, so you feel like your grinding is always getting you somewhere. Sorta combining those two previous points, I also don't care about the lack of hardcore images. Of course it's always appealing to have actual sex in a sexy game, and there can be a feeling of being cockteased if you relate to the player-character enough to feel like "you" are being denied sex. But for myself, I'm quite happy for this to just be a "grind to unlock sexy pics" game, so I don't feel like "I" (which is actually just a fictional character who isn't me anyway) am not missing out on sex with these other fictional characters. And anyway, I like nicely composed frontal views of sexy women. A lot of the sex poses put less focus on the parts of the body I find most sexy (face and boobs). Girls Next Door (which is almost an exact clone of this game in some ways) has sex images, and I didn't consider them an improvement on the full frontal nudity images that preceded them in the chain of progression. Also, I like games where you can earn passive income, even if it's just a silly "numbers go up" kind of thing. I think that's fun, it's just the way I am. This game checks a lot of boxes for me, and I hope the devs will see reviews like this and keep pressing forward to develop it further. I feel like with most games on this site, I can read a description where a game sounds appealing, and then low reviews will explain why the game didn't actually live up to its description. Conversely, the low reviews for this game just seem like "this game doesn't appeal to my personal tastes." I would never review a kinetic novel and give it 1 star because there was no gameplay. I wish people wouldn't give this game low ratings just because the style of art or gameplay are not what they like. I almost feel like this is the platonic form of what I want a sexy game to be (light on story that I would probably just skip through anyway, heavy on clicking to unlock sexy visuals, with good art and a good pace). I hope more people will make games like this.

As a work in progress, I give v0.7.1 a 5-star rating. Some suggestions for improvement: The UI: My mouse cursor does not hover over the Hall of Fame tab. Please fix. AI art: Most of the images look realistic, but a few of them stand out looking cartoonish. The characters: If the devs care about diversity, why do vaginas all look the same? I’d like to see some with visible pussy lips and different pubic hairstyles. Things that I like: Classy nudity and no hardcore stuff Ambient music

Pros: 1. Well-done CGs, I wonder how details prompts the devs using 2.If you know how to play, it will be addicted 3. At least it has more features than the another "old" one, forgot the name but same gameplay. Cons: 1. You should change the order of CGs for a character, sometimes I feel the order of CGs not suitable based on obsession level 2. If you don't know how to play, yes, I admit it's grindy and you should play the Easy mode 3. The game has "random" results when in Danger level and rolling dice. Solutions: 1. Remove the random result when in Danger level and when rolling dice. Instead using other methods like "clicking in the right moment".... 2. Has story with each characters 3. Has H-Scene CGs, not only "stripping" CGs So 3* is fair for me!

This game feels like a proof of concept more than anything else it feels like the skeleton that someone would whip up in an afternoon just to see if it works to start off there are no sex scenes and every single line of dialogue is generic and shared between all the girls There is a horrid grind (even on easy mode). It will probably be about 30 minutes before you see a bare breast. I feel AI CG can be used well as a visual aide but here it is all you get there is NOTHING to this game aside from the AI images which feels really lacking they aren't even particularly inspired ai images You could get the same effect as playing this game faster by loading up an ai sexy woman generator and typing in "japanese nurse" "big titty goth" and save yourself some effort

Just wanted to say I somehow got caught up in all the excitment around this game. Can't explain it, I just love the progression you get, the voyeurism effect, the relationship you can (for now) start to create with the different persons involved. I give 5 stars for sure. Please keep up the good work, I love it honestly. Lots of girls and for me lots of pleasure. My favourist at the moment.
