Strain Y is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by Space Sultan, presented with 2D AI-generated character art. It is set on a university campus and follows Riley, who becomes caught up in a spreading infection after Jade attends a party. Developer's description
Jade only wanted to survive a campus mixer. Instead, she leaves with something far worse. After a drunken hookup, she wakes up changed. Something has infected her, something that only seems to affect women, rewriting their bodies in ways that are impossible to ignore. By the time she meets up with Riley, the protagonist, Jade has no idea how the infection actually spreads. Riley finds out the hard way. Strain Y follows a strange new virus spreading across campus through semen. If someone carrying the virus ejaculates inside you, no matter where, you wake up carrying Strain Y yourself. What starts with Jade quickly becomes Riley's problem too, and from there, the infection only has more opportunities to spread. Features futanari transformation, gender-bending, oral sex, sex scenes, and full SFX design.
