That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Barbarian is an adult adventure game made with Unity by the creator of the same name. It uses animated 2D scenes and turn-based combat. In that game he controls Konall, a seven-foot barbarian warrior from Cimmeria who solves problems with force. After dying, Archibald wakes in a desert inside Konall's body. He is bound to a torture wheel at a slave camp and compelled to keep pushing it around. The story presents a fantasy setting with harem possibilities and multiple endings.

The current build is v0.1.0, released on September 26, 2026. Development is ongoing, as this is the initial release rather than a completed version. The game runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English text. It is uncensored. The latest update is the initial release.

Archibald has two problems. The first is that he's a socially awkward nerd whose entire personality, is a tabletop RPG called Demons & Demigods, in which he plays Konall the Barbarian, strongest warrior of Cimmeria, seven feet of muscle, a skull on his belt, and a long history of solving problems Crom's way. The second is that he just died. He wakes up in a desert. In Konall's body. He has been reincarnated as his own character. Great news for his arms. Terrible news for everything else, because his first act in this magnificent new form is to be chained to a wheel of pain, in a slave camp and made to push it in circles.
